高低温试验测试方法改进

摘　要　某型无线电高度表在高低温试验中经常出现跟踪搜索不转换及灵敏度超差现象,根据该高度表工作原理,认真分析装后试验各环节,发现金属的高低温箱中耦合器处电磁波泄露是产生上述现象的原因,提出了转接器代替耦合器的改进测试方法,使试验得以顺利进行。

Abstra ct　Some ty pe of radio alti me ter often fails during high/low te mpe r a ture test such as no change-ove r of tr acking and searching and the over-tolerance of its sensitivity.A fter studying each link of the te st according to the working p rinciple,it is f ound that in the me tal case f or high/low te mperature te st,the electr om agnetic leakage a t couple r is the cause t o the above-said phenom enon,and this paper puts f or ward the i m p r oved testing m ethod by using adap ter instead of coupling,s o tha t the test is succe ssfully c omp leted.

1　引　言

某型无线电高度表装后按技术条件要求进行全系统高、低温试验,即在高低温试验箱中进行高度表的精度、灵敏度及全系统模拟发射流程的检查。

批产品试验中经常出现试验箱中常温下无线电高度表的灵敏度超差及跟踪搜索不转换现象,而相同产品在其出厂验收及装前测试各环节的产品性能检查中均合格。为使试验顺利进行并向用户交付合格的产品,我们通过分析原因,提出了改进测试方法的解决方案,将耦合测试改为转接器直接连接测试,经多次试验验证,解决了上述问题。
