如何理解人的价值?怎样才能实现人的价值?衡量人的价值的尺度是什么?如何

正确认识和处理个人和社会的关系?

(1)人的价值就是人对人自身的意义,即能创造价值满足自身的需要,是一种创造价值的价值。人自身既是目的又是工具,因此人的价值包括自我价值和社会价值。自我价值是个人自身目的的实现和需要的满足,社会价值是个人对社会的责任和贡献的大小,两者是辩证统一的。

(2)人的价值的实现是在一定社会历史条件下由潜在价值到现实价值转化过程。缺乏一定的条件,人的价值目标就不能实现,甚至会出现负效应。要实现人的价值,价值目标的确定具有决定性意义。无视社会需要和时代的要求,不顾客观条件,一味“自我选择”、“自我设计”、“自我实现”,不仅不能实现价值目标,反而可能损害他人和社会。

(3)衡量人的价值的尺度是自我价值尺度和社会价值尺度的辩证统一。自我价值尺度是社会对个人需要的尊重和满足,社会价值尺度是个人对社会的责任和贡献大小。在这两个尺度中,社会价值尺度是最根本的尺度。这是因为,只有通过对社会的贡献才能实现自我价值,显示人生的意义;若想占有价值必先创造价值;社会对个人需要的满足,是以社会的经济、政治、科学文化发展状况为条件,是以个人对社会的贡献为前提的。在社会存在分裂或弊端的情况下,往往会发生自我价值和社会价值的分离和矛盾,但从社会发展总趋势看,两者是辩证统一的。

(4)正确处理个人和社会的关系,反对极端个人主义。在社会主义条件下,个人和社会、个人和集体的利益是根本一致的,要倡导和坚持集体主义价值观,个人利益服从集体利益和社会利益,同时不断满足个人的正当、合理的利益和需要,反对极端个人主义。极端个人主义把个人利益放在第一位,只讲个人需要和满足,无视社会利益和需要;只讲自我价值,不讲社会价值,不惜牺牲和损害他人、集体和社会利益以满足个人私欲,把他人或集体当成实现自我价值的障碍或工具。这种价值观在认识上极具错误,在实践上十分有害。
