基于无线传感器网络的实验室智能监控系统设计

摘

要:介绍了一种基于ZigBee 无线通信技术的实验室智能无线监控系统。该系统由多个ZigBee 无线数据采集节点及一个ZigBee 协调器组成。ZigBee 无线数据采集节点接收温湿度传感器、烟雾传感器、人体红外传感器、继电器、火焰传感器、光敏传感器等采集的数据，并实现无线发送。ZigBee 协调器主要实现对各个节点的数据接收，并通过RS232与监控上位机实现连接，将数据传给上位机实现数据的显示、分析与处理。系统采用Labview 作为上位机的开发环境，通过网络布点及监控实验，证明了本系统可以有效地对实验室安全进行智能监控。关键词:实验室监控;无线传感器网络;智能监控;实验室安全中图分类号:TP 391;G 482文献标志码:A 文章编号:1006－7167(2017)06－0259－04

Design of an Intelligent Laboratory Monitoring Control System

Based on Wireless Sensor Network

(School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering ，Jiangsu Normal University ，Xuzhou 221116，Jiangsu ，China )Abstract :An intelligent laboratory monitoring control system is designed based on ZigBee wireless communication technique．This system consists of ZigBee wireless data collection nodes and a coordinator．Signals from the sensors can be collected and transferred wirelessly by the ZigBee wireless nodes which contain temperature sensor ，hygrometer ，smoke transducer ，human infrared sensor ，relay ，flame sensor ，photosensitive sensor ，etc．The function of the ZigBee coordinator is to receive the data sent by nodes and connect to the upper computer．The data are transferred into the upper computer ，and then analyzed and displayed．The development environment of the upper computer is the LabView software．The network used in authors ＇laboratory proved the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed intelligent laboratory monitoring control system．

0引言

随着实验室在高校教学和科研中发挥着重要的作

用，越来越多的研究者开始关注实验室的安全与运行问题

。现有的实验室安全主要依靠实验人员负责

管理，容易造成实验人员负担过重、力不从心。国内外许多研究者开始开发针对实验室安全的监测系统，以期维护实验室安全，保障实验室的安全运行［3-4］
