DEAR1蛋白在甲状腺乳头状癌中的表达及临床意义

【摘要】目的：初步探讨DEAR1蛋白在甲状腺乳头状癌（papillary thyroid carcinoma，PTC）中的表达情况及其临床意义。方法：采用免疫组化检测60例甲状腺乳头状癌组织及对应癌旁组织中DEAR1蛋白的表达情况，分析DEAR1表达与临床病理因素之间的相关性。结果：DEAR1蛋白在PTC组织中表达量显著低于癌旁组织，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：DEAR1蛋白表达缺失与PTC的发生、发展可能存在密切联系，且在PTC增殖、包膜侵犯和颈部淋巴结转移中可能发挥着一定的作用。

【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the expression of DEAR1 in papillary thyroid carcinoma（PTC）and its para-carcinoma tissues and evaluate the association between DEAR1 expression and clinicopathologic factors.Method：Immunohistochemistry was used to evaluate the expression of DEAR1 in 60 cases of PTC and para-carcinoma tissues and the relationship between DEAR1 expression and clinicopathologic factors were analyzed.Result：The expression of DEAR1 was significantly down-regulated in PTC tissues compared to para-carcinoma tissues

（P0.05）.Conclusion：The low expression of DEAR1 may relate to the development of PTC，and it may play an important role in proliferation，capsular invasion and Lymph node metastasis of papillary thyroid carcinoma.

甲状腺癌是最常见的内分泌肿瘤，近年来甲状腺癌的发病率快速上升，已被列入恶性肿瘤的前10位[1]。根据2016年美国国家癌症署数据显示，全世界新发的甲状腺癌以平均每年大于5%的速度递增，其中增长最快的是甲状腺乳头状癌（papillary thyroid carcinoma，PTC）[2]。虽然绝大多数PTC预后优异，10年生存率可达90%以上，但约有50%的患者在发现时已经存在颈部淋巴结转移，有10%～20%的病例会出现反复发作及远处转移，一旦发生远处转移，10
