（学位办[2007]78号）

各翻译硕士专业学位研究生培养单位：

为切实保证翻译硕士专业学位的培养质量，受国务院学位委员会办公室、教育部学位管理与研究生教育司的委托，全国翻译硕士专业学位教育指导委员会秘书处组织专家制定了《翻译硕士专业学位研究生指导性培养方案》。

现将该指导性培养方案转发给你们，希望认真研究，在培养工作中落实执行，并结合实际情况，尽快制定出本单位的翻译硕士专业学位研究生培养方案实施细则，于2008年3月底前报秘书处备案。

翻译硕士专业学位研究生指导性培养方案

在遵循翻译学专业研究生教育一般规律的基础上，根据专业学位教育的特点，借鉴、吸收国外高层次翻译专门人才培养的有益经验，紧密结合我国国情，特别是结合我国翻译实践领域的实际情况，积极探索具有我国特色的翻译硕士专业学位研究生教育制度。（一）培养目标

培养德、智、体全面发展、能适应全球经济一体化及提高国家国际竞争力的需要、适应国家经济、文化、社会建设需要的高层次、应用型、专业性口笔译人才。

（二）招生对象及入学考试方法

招生对象一般为学士学位获得者，具有良好的双语基础，有口笔译实践经验者优先考虑；鼓励具有不同学科和专业背景的生源报考。

入学考试参加全国统一组织的统考（或联考）及招生单位自行组织的专业复试，结合工作业绩择优录取。
