Central Air Conditioners, ducted unit, permanently connected, consisting of an air cooled outdoor unit and a matching indoor unit, using refrigerant R410A, with model numbers and ratings shown as follows:

PART A: Outdoor unit, BORA Model 24CHSRA, rated 208/230V, 60Hz, 1 phase.

PART B: Outdoor unit, BORA Model 30CHSRA, rated 208/230V, 60Hz, 1 phase.

MARKINGS

INDOOR UNIT: Not applicable. The indoor unit is an UL listed fan coil unit and is marked in accordance with

UL certification report.

OUTDOOR UNIT: A CSA Accepted or UL Recognized adhesive type nameplate Certified for outdoor use, is

affixed to the outside of the cabinet bears the submittor's name or file number "218317", model designation, date of manufacture, complete electrical rating in volts, hertz, number of phases, input ampere rating of each fan

motors, RLA and LRA of the compressor, minimum circuit ampacity, "Max. Over current Protection (Fuse or

HACR Type Circuit Breaker): A”, quantity and type of refrigerant, the design high an d low side pressures, and the CSA Monogram with the “C US” indicator.

FACTORY TESTS

409613868.Dielectric Withstand Test: The equipment, upon completion of manufacture and before shipment, shall withstand, for not less than one second, without breakdown, the application of the following ac

voltages, between live parts and exposed metal parts:

(a) 1,000V for units with a motor rated at less than 1/2 hp and rated 250V or less.

(b) 1,000V plus twice rated voltage for all other units.

For units which include extra-low-potential circuits (30V or less), the test is to be conducted with

the extra-low-potential circuit connected to the cabinet, chassis, or other dead metal part, so that

the potential which is applied between the primary circuit and the exposed metal parts, is applied

simultaneously between the primary circuit and the extra-low-potential circuit.

(c) For units which include extra-low-potential circuits; 500V between the extra-low-potential circuit

and exposed metal parts.

Note: The test specified in Item (c) may be waived, if the extra-low-potential circuit is grounded or Class

2.

409613869.Pressure Test for Refrigerant Leakage: At the completion of manufacture and before shipment, the complete refrigeration system of the equipment shall be tested and proved tight at pressures not less than the highest of the following:

(a) The design pressures marked on the data plate for the device.

(b) The minimum test pressures tabulated below.

Notes:

*A method other than pressure testing at the design pressure may be employed if it can be demonstrated that the alternative test method produces results that are at least equivalent to the pressure test method.

The leakage test on the complete system may be conducted at the indicated low side pressure if final

assembly of the equipment is completed with flare-type fittings or telescoped tubing joints that are sealed with silver solder, brazing, or equivalent means provided the high side parts are CSA Certified

refrigerant containing component parts, or individually tested at not less than high side pressure

indicated.

Warning: The factory test(s) specified may present a hazard of injury to personnel and/or property and should only be performed by persons knowledgeable of such hazards and under conditions designed to minimize the possibility of injury.

PRODUCT DECRIPTION:

The products covered in report are central air conditioning systems each consisting of an outdoor unit made by BORA matched with an UL listed indoor fan coil unit made by Carrier as listed below:

These models each consists of a factory charged outdoor unit, which is joined in the field by electrical conduit and refrigeration tubing, to the indoor fan coil unit. The refrigerant for the total system is determined in the end installation.

The outdoor unit and the indoor unit are permanently connected to its own separate power supply.

Electrical interconnection between the indoor and outdoor units consists of extra low voltage control circuit wiring only.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

Components are CSA Certified or UL Listed or Recognized, or accepted in the end product.

ELECTRICAL SPACINGS:

Unless otherwise noted in this Report, the spacings between uninsulated live parts of opposite polarity and between uninsulated live parts and dead-metal parts are not less than the following:

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:

Each unit is provided with installation and operating instructions. The installation instructions shall specify the maximum length of interconnecting tubing for field connection of condensing section and evaporating section. CORROSION PROTECTION:

All ferrous metal parts used to support or retain electrical components in position are protected against corrosion by a zinc coating and painting.

WIRING:

Unless otherwise noted in this report, all wiring is CSA Certified or UL Recognized R/C AVLV2, min 18 AWG, suitable for a min of 300 V. It is installed and positively routed in such a manner that it is not subject to mechanical damage due to contact with sharp edges, abrasive surfaces, vibrating or moving parts. Wiring which is completely enclosed within metal conduit, metal raceways or other separate electrical enclosure employs 2/64 in (0.8 mm) thick min electrical insulation unless specified differently in this Report.

Green or green with a yellow stripe may be employed only as grounding conductors.

All routing of wiring through metal panels is made through holes provided with bushings with resilient rubber or holes for the passage of wires or cords through wall, panels or barriers having smooth, rounded surfaces.

MARKINGS:

All markings required to be permanent shall be molded, die stamped, paint stenciled, stamped or etched on permanently secured metal, or indelibly stamped or painted on pressure sensitive labels secured by adhesive. Pressure sensitive labels shall be CSA Accepted or UL recognized U/C PGDQ3, or R/C PGDQ2. For the outdoor units, the Pressure sensitive labels shall be approved for outdoor use.

GENERAL CONSTRUCTION DESCRIPTION

PART A: Outdoor unit, BORA Model 24CHSRA.

Installation instructions of the outdoor unit with the Carrier indoor unit to form a matched central AC system, is as shown in Attachment A.

The matched AC system has attained a SEER rating of 13 (see EEV report 218317-1965855).

The matched AC system has attained a Canadian HSPF rating of 6.7 (see EEV report 218317- 1965855).

The matched AC system has attained a USA HSPF rating of 7.7 (see EEV report 218317- 1965855).

10-10Nameplate Marking

The nameplate is permanently located at the right hand side of each unit and is visible and legible without requiring the use of tools for removal of panels, covers, etc. The nameplate includes the following information in addition to the submittor’s name.

The electronic controller is provided with three extra low voltage thermistor sensing devices mounted across the condenser coil, compressor discharge tube, and intake air for regulation of room temperature. CSA模式—正在发展的可持续农业市场体系 —西南石油大学绿舟协会体验有机生态生活实践队 摘要:CSA试图在农场或农民与那些食用他们种植的食物的成员或者订户之间创立一个直接联系的纽带,它是农业可持续发展的一种形式。目前,在欧洲、美洲、澳洲、亚洲都有一定的发展,受到了一定人群的接纳,通过这次有机生态生活的实践,实践队接触了到CSA 运作模式,以及与有机农场主的深度接触与访问,进一步了解CSA 情况。 关键词:CSA模式;有机食品;发展;对策 前言:在城市化进程中, 城市居民与农民的关系已经渐行渐远。城市消费者的食物几乎都要从超市、菜市场购买, 消费者很难见到真正的农民生产者, 也不了解食物的生产和加工过程, 加之近年来爆发的“三聚氰胺”、“红心鸭蛋”等食品安全问题,消费者们对食品安全产生越来越多的质疑。同时, 农民也不知道他们的产品在哪卖, 卖给谁。生产者和消费者的友谊和相互之间的信任关系慢慢地减弱并最终瓦解。农民要挣更多的钱, 所以就得生产更多的东西。为了使产量最大化, 合成的化学制剂, 像激素、化肥、农药等等被大量地使用。这些化学制剂对于食品安全、生态环境都带来了很负面的影响。 那么, 为了农民和消费者的共同利益,他们之间应该建立起怎样一种关系呢?我们是否可以通过发展另一类市场来重建农民与消费者的友好关系, 推动可持续农业的发展呢?

1.CSA模式简介 1.1 CSA定义 社区支持农业(CSA),按照通俗话来说是一种送货上门服务的方式,使生产者与消费者之间直接产生联系,进而实现彼此的信任感。但这种信任感并不是完全建立在农场的送货这种联系上,要实现双方的完全信任,特别是消费者对农场的信任,还需要农场主为消费者提供更多的食品安全信息。例如,农场主必须保证农场里生产过程中的农作物没有使用农药、化肥、转基因等危害人体健康的有害物,但这还必须有一种监督机制使得消费者放心,那就是一种“眼见为实”的监督方式,让消费者亲自来农场观看生产的整个过程,是一个健康、安全、生态的生产方式。这就是“CSA”模式能够迅速扩大的主要原因之一。另一个重要的原因是建立在这种模式上的食品价格要比普通食品一般价格高出3——7倍,具有高额的利润可图。 1.2 发展进程 CSA 是Community Supported Agriculture的缩写,这个概念于17 世纪缘起于瑞士和日本,19世纪传到美国。正如人们所知,因为在农产品流通的环节中,很多利润被中间商获取了,而辛勤耕作一年的农民在这个过程中只能获取利润的10%甚至更少。社区支持农业就是将消费者民更直接的连接了起来。社区支持农业有两种方式,一种是在种植季节之初,农民去联系当地的消费者,在蔬菜和水果收获时,农民将消费者预订的份额运送到一定的地点;一种是消费者组

CSA圣诞灯饰的结构及测试要求 中国每年都向北美出口大量的圣诞灯饰产品,近年来国内的圣诞灯饰厂家数目不断增加。本文简单介绍了CSA标准对圣诞灯饰的结构及测试要求,相信对厂家设计产品及成功申请CSA认证有相当的帮助。 结构要求: 软头(Lampholder)、软心(Lamp Base)的塑料材质必须具有V-2或以上的燃烧等级且配合相关RTI值; 室内灯串须使用20AWG的电线,类型为TXF、PXY、TX或TEW;室外灯串须使用18AWG的电线,类型为PXWT、TXFW、CXW或CXWT; 室外灯串的软头须设有排水孔; Candelabra或Intermediate-base软头的深度须符合标准要求且电线的火线(Line)必须连接到软头的中心接触片(Center Contact);零线(Neutral)必须连接到软头的螺口(Screwshell或Side Contact); 带装饰灯串组的塑料材质须符合Slow-Burning测试要求; 带装饰灯串组的软头须固定在装饰物上以避免扭转; 插头、尾插等电器零部件应使用经CSA认证、且符合灯饰电参数的产品,否则零件须再经相关标准测试。 测试主要项目: 串接式灯串(Series-Connected Strings): 前、尾插及软头拉力测试(Strain Relief) 温升测试(Normal Temperature) 盐水浸蚀测试(Salt Solution Immersion Test for outdoor use) 老化测试(Accelerated Aging) 耐压测试(Dielectric Strength) 导线连接测试(Conductor Connection Secureness) 灯泡短路测试(Shunt Burnout) 软头推力测试(Secureness of Lampholder Contacts):主要考察软头与电线端子受推力时,电线端子会否脱落造成触电危险。 红外线光谱分析(FTIR Scan):其目的在于分析及证明原试片材质与灯串软头材料的图谱相同(见图1)。
