一、向同学及老师问好(Good morning everyone)

二、被动语态的重点

1、主动变被动的步骤:

1.找宾语: 即动作的承受者(改为主语)

2.修改谓语的语态:即be+原V.过去分词

3.判断新主语的单复数:确定be动词的单复数.

4.判断动词的时态: 即be动词的时态.

5.修改原句的主语:即by +主语(变宾格).

2、不用被动语态的动词

1.不及物动词(vi)

E.g:happen, take place, appear, disappear, …

2.连续性动词(Link.v)

E.g:be, look, seem, feel, sound, smell, taste, get, turn, become…

3.当此动词表示事物的自然属性的时候

E.g:read, write, sell, wash, clean, wear, lock, open, cook, shut, dry, eat, drink, …

三:被动语态的重点:

(一)何时使用被动语态?

1、行为主体不明确,不必说出或者无法说出动作的执行者时。

例如:Football is played all over the world.

2、不易找到或根本就不可能找到动作的执行者时。

例如:My bike was stolen.(我的自行车被盗了。)

3、某些句子习惯上用被动语态。

例如:He was born in October,1989.

4、汉语中含有“被”、“由”等词时。

例如:Tina是被Paul叫来的。

Tina is asked to come by Paul.

5、汉语中含有“据说”、“据悉”、“据报道”等时。

例如:It is said that one day he climbed to

the top of a house and ……

It was reported that her mother died of SARS.

众所周知…It is well known that …

据推测说……It is supposed that …

(二)被动语态的特殊情况:

1、在主动语态中,make, let, hear, see, watch, notice等词,其后跟省略to的动词不定式(动词原形),在变为被动语态时,必须还原动词不定式符号to.如:

1) We heard him sing this song in the room.

He was heard to sing this song in the room.

2) The boss made him work 14 hours a day.

He was made to work 14 hours a day.

3) I see him walk to school.

He is seen to walk to school.

2、有些双宾动词(如bring, do, make, pass, sell, send, sing, write等)通常用直接宾语(指事物)作被动语态的主语,而将间接宾语用作保留宾语(其前根据情况用介词to或for):

例如:Father made me a doll.

A doll was made for me.

He wrote her a letter.

A letter was written to her.

3、有些双宾动词(如answer, deny, envy, refuse, save, spare等)通常用间接宾语(指人)作被动语态的主语,而将直接宾语用作保留宾语:例如:He answered me that question.

I was answered that question by him.

【答案与解析】B。The guests 与treat之间是被动关系,并且动作发生在过去,所以用一般过去时的被动形式。

2. Would you please keep silent? The weather report ________ and I want to listen. (2009 湖南)

A. is broadcast

B. is being broadcast

C. has been broadcast

D. had been broadcast

【答案与解析】B。前句要求对方保持安静,说明此时正在播放天气预报,the weather report与broadcast之间是被动关系,故选B。

3. I like these English songs and they ________many times on the radio. (2008 安徽)

A. taught

B. have taught

C. are taught

D. have been taught

【答案与解析】D。teach songs(教唱歌曲)是动宾关系,应使用被动语态。根据句意,“到现在为止已经教唱了多次”,应使用现在完成时。故选D。

4. Professor Williams keeps telling his students that the future ________ to the well-educated. (2009 重庆)

A. belongs

B. is belonged

C. is belonging

D. will be belonged

【答案与解析】A.句意:Williams教授不断告诉学生们未来属于受过良好教育的人。教授所说的话是一个普遍的事实。belong to没有被动语态形式,也没有进行时态形式,故A项正确。

5. The water ________ cool when I jumped into the pool for morning exercise. (2006 全国)

A. was felt

【答案与解析】C。feel cold为系表结构,没有被动语态形式。jumped 提示时间为过去,故选C。
