1.Romax Designer安装(license 安装)

使用Romax安装光盘正常安装。在安装过程中需要对安装的内容进行选择,如:Romax Designer,Romax dynamics。请根据自己的license内容进行选择。

安装后请插入Romax发放的硬件狗,并将针对该硬件狗的软件license 拷贝至安装目录的根目录中,如:……\RomaxDesignerR12.2。

重启计算机,从开始菜单或桌面快捷图标启动Romax软件。第一次启动需指定license的位置。

Romax软件每次启动后,可以对自己license中可使用的模块进行选择,其选择界面见上图。目前Romax Designer所包含模块如下表所示(部分模块还在开发中)。建议用户每次启动全选。以下为各个模块license的说明:

2.Romax Designer培训内容简介

2.1 培训内容介绍

本教程将利用RomaxDesigner 的基础模块对平行轴进行建模和分析,培训目的是使用户可以从中学会RomaxDesigner有关平行轴分析的各种功能和菜单操作。

培训大体流程如下图所示:

由于教程中不可避免的会进行大量操作,所在教程中将所有的操作命令

以“斜体”进行显示,并远离行头,例如: 文件 – 新建...

2.3教程文件夹使用说明

本教程包含一个简明教程文档——《利用RomaxDesigner 对平行轴传动系统进行建模和分析》和相应的模型文件夹。

教程文档应配合教程文件夹使用。在教程文件夹中功包含3个子文件夹,分

在每个文件夹中均包含2个文件,文件名无后缀“Changed”的为原始模型文件,供用户建模时参考使用。带后缀“Changed”指已经完成了分析计算或优化后的模型文件,供用户分析计算时参考使用。

2.4在软件中打开旧版本模型的说明

用户在学习时不可避免的需要打开已经建立好的模型,随着软件的不断更新和用户自定义组件的增加,不能直接打开旧版本的模型,请参照以下操作:

如果遇到打开的原模型文件中材料属性与数据库中的材料属性不匹配的问

题,如下图1所示,存在“discontinued ”的时候,按照以下方式处理:

可以看到有的材料在数据库中没有对应的材料名,因此以discontinued 表示(这些往往不是标准轴承,而是用户自定义的轴承),而有的是在数据库中存在材料名,但数据未更新,则以older 表示。

对于两种不同的方式,按不同的方法处理。对于discontinued 的轴承,可以首先看是否数据库的用户定义组Custom 中已经存在该数据,点击“reselect data”,按以下图示进行。

点击“accept”按钮,确认你的选择。

若发现Custom组中没有对应的材料名,需要新生成一种材料,此时点击“Create New Entry”,按以下图示进行。

完成后,此时只剩下Older 的材料了,如下图所示。

此时可以让系统自动更新相关内容,点击“Auto…”按钮,按以下图示进行:

此时会弹出窗口,提示之前的模型采用的方法和现在推荐的方法的差异,现在推荐的方法更精确一些,因此点击Yes 按钮确认选择。

这样就完成从旧模型向新模型的转化,注意当保存新模型之后,再打开文件,将不再出现让你选择材料的界面。

3.汽车传动系齿轮箱建模

本章中将介绍使用RomaxDesigner平行轴模块进行汽车中变速箱建模,对于整个平行轴的建模和分析而言,本章中的内容将覆盖下列流程中的深色部分。

根据轴的尺寸我们已经知道该轴的总长度为238mm ,使用主菜单条中的

Components 下拉菜单创建该轴:

Components - Add New Assembly/Component... 在组件列表中选中 "Shaft Assembly" 点击 OK 按钮

输入轴的名称: "Lay Shaft" 输入长度 = 238 mm 输入公称直径 = 25 mm 点击OK 按钮

3.1.2.3 定义轴段

从轴的输入数据中我们可看到第一个直径变化处出现在距离左端(坐标参考点)50mm 的位置。操作为使用菜单Components 中的下拉菜单,或者使用剪切图标

进行定义。

使用:Components - Step...

或者

点击 "Cutter" 图标按钮

点击需改变轴参数的大约位置t 输入位置 50 mm 点击 OK 按钮

注意:此时为该轴的坐标参考点,但用户可以对此参考点进行修改。更
