一、要激发学生对英语学习的兴趣
我一进入课堂，首先用英语向同学们打招呼，接着用流利的英语介
绍自己，最后拿起教具，用英语解释。所有这些，主要是唤起学生
学习英语的欲望。
二、要坚定学生对英语学习的信心
我认为适时鼓励同学们最为重要。我说：“不管小学时英语学的程度
如何，都不要担心，也不要骄傲，我们一切从零开始。只要努力，
同学们的英语都能学好”。同学们听得很认真，受到了极大的鼓舞，
目光中流露出对英语学习的渴望。
英语是世界上使用最广泛的语言，是重要的交流工具。我们必须掌
握这个交流工具，以便在我国的现代化建设中做出应有的贡献。
四、告诉学生学习英语的几个方面
学习英语要多听、多说、多读、多写，持之以恒，才有效果。1.听：课上专心听懂老师的课堂用语。课外可以听英美人士的录音，还可
以看电视的英语节目。2.说：课上要积极发言，愿意去说，不要怕犯
错误。3.写：首先写单词、句子，再过渡到改写课文，最终能进行书
面表达。
五、告诉学生学习英语的方法
一要课前认真预习。二要课上认真听讲，并且作好课堂笔记。三要
课后认真复习。四要课外认真独立完成作业。五要课堂作业上交及时，不能拖拉。总之，要学生做到：眼到，耳到，口到，心到和手到。
课堂上，无论是老师的教，还是学生的学，都会进入一种自然流畅
的状态。学生的学习轻松自如，收到了良好的效果，为今后的英语
学习打下了坚实的思想基础。
新初一第一堂英语课我想这样上
俗话说：万事开头难。新初一第一堂英语课上得是否成功有着深远
的意义，它直接影响着学生对于初中英语课堂及老师的教学方法和
教学能力的认知，面对着英语水平参差不齐的初一新生，我想我们
的第一节课应该是既要体现知识又要注重兴趣的。新初一的第一堂
英语课我想这样上：
step1. greetings
walk around the classroom with a smile,ask some students several everyday english. for example: how do you do?/ how
are you?/could you please tell me your name?(or whats your name?)/ how old are you?(or are you twelve?)/which primary school are you from?/whats your hobby? and so on.
step2.practice speaking and find new friends
introduce myself to all the students first.( tell them my name,my hobby,my pet,my family and let the students guess my age.).then divide the students into groups (four students as a group), in each group,everyone should introduce
himself/herself to others.then allow every student to walk around the classroom and find more friends,(at the same time they can speak english as much as possible.)finally,lets see who finds the most friends.
step3.practice writing
first,ill write several drills on the blackboard: my name is ___, im __ years old, i like dogs/swimming,/. i have a good friend, his name is____ ,he is ____, he likes ___.ask the students to write their own sentents.then check each others work.
step4 reading
let the students read their sentences aloud,then ask some students to read what they have written in front of the class.
step 5.summary
list what they should master in this class and encourage all the students to have confidence in themselves and learning english.
step6. homework
