循证思维指导的手术室护理教学与传统教学的对比性研究

摘要:目的对比手术室传统教学与循证思维指导在手术室护理教学中的应用效果。方法选取2016年10月~2017年6月在我院手术室实习的740名护生,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组370名。对照组采用传统教学法教学,观察组采用循证思维指导的护理教学方法,对比两组护生理论知识掌握程度、实践操作水平、批判性思维能力和满意度。结果观察组理论知识

Abstract:Objective To compare the effect of traditional teaching in operating room and guidance of evidence-based thinking in nursing teaching in operating room.Methods A total of 740 nursing students internship in our operating room from October 2016 to June 2017 were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 370 in each group.The control group was taught by traditional teaching method.The observation group used nursing teaching method guided by evidence-based thinking.The level of theoretical knowledge,practical operation,critical thinking ability and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The level of mastery of theoretical knowledge of students in the observation group and the level of practical operation,critical thinking ability were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P

手术室的临床教学主要通过传统的“传帮带”和“灌输”教学模式实现,学生虽然可在短时间内增长理论知识,熟练操作,但不能将专业知识充分的应用于实际临床中,加之受带教老师时间的限制,缺少自主解决问题的能力和批判性思维能力[1]。所以,如何有效开展手术室护理
