备注：

本酒店接受所洗衣物将会作适当的小心处理，如有任何于洗烫过程中损失或丢失纽扣或饰物，或留在衣物袋内任何物件的损失，本酒店概不负责。任何衣物的丢失损坏，其赔偿将不超过洗烫费的五倍。所有投诉，必须在送还后24小时内提出。请在客人数量栏目内填上衣物数量，如没有填上，将以酒店数字为准，在数量出现误差情况下，我们将尽量与您联系。如您不在，则以酒店点数为准。在没有特别要求下，男士衬衫及女士衬衫均挂架送回。

REMARKS：

All articles sent for laundering are accepted by the Hotel at the owner is risk. Although the Management will exercise reasonable care the Hotel cannot be held responsible for any damage resulting from the laundry process for loss of buttons or for anything left in the pockets of garments. In the event that any article is damaged due to hotel negligence, compensation will be limited to five(5)times the charge fee of laundering or dry cleaning the said item. All claims must be made within 24 hour after delivery. Please indicate number of articles in guest count column. Failing to do so. The hotel count shall be accepted as correct in case of discrepancy in the count, we will try to contact you,and if you are not available, the hotel count must be accepted as correct. Shirt and blouse will be returned on hanger unless otherwise requested.
