Making dumplins

Today,I'm going to show you how to make dumplings which indeed the most favored traditional food to us Chinese and some foreigners alike.

The step involves preparing fillings.First of all,chop the meat,leekand spring onoin.After this,you should blend the finely chopped meat,leek and spring onion in a big bowl or other clean container,and add some sault into the fillings.Now,once the fillings are well prepared,you should start making dumpling wrappers.Following this stage,fold flour into fermented dough,add some water and knead the dough until it is soft and elastic enough.Then,divide the dough into pieces and roll them flat.Now that I've told you how to make dumpling skin.I'll move on to the last phase.Put the proper amount of fillings on the center of the dumpling wrapper and then wrap it up.A dumpling came into being!Make as many dumplings as you can eat.And at last,when the water boiled,put the dumplings into the water.
