从烟道灰制备饲料级氧化锌

摘要:研究了以含氯烟道灰为原料,经酸浸、除杂、合成制得中间产物碱式碳酸锌,碱式碳酸锌经过滤、洗涤、干燥、煅烧制备饲料级氧化锌的新工艺,重点考察了制备工艺中酸浸、除杂条件以及煅烧温度和时间对产品质量的影响。该研究利用了廉价的烟道灰,具有原料来源广泛、生产成本低的优势,制备的产品质量可达到HG/T 2792-1996饲料级氧化锌一级品标准。

The Preparation of Feed Zinc Oxide from flue dust containing chlorine

Abstract: A new technology for the preparation of feed zinc oxide from flue dust containing chlorine was studied. The processes for preparation of basic zinc carbonate included acid-leaching, purifying, synthesis, filtrating, washing, beating, drying. Place emphasis on the research about the effect of reaction temperature, purifying processes and calcining temperature. The research of preparing feed zinc oxide is a novel wet process technique, it is provided with cheap crude material and hardiness and low production cost, the feed grade zinc oxide is got by utilizing the technology and its quality can reach the standard of HG/T 2792-1996. This method has been applied in one enterprise triumphantly,it brought a good economic interest. Therefore the novel technology is a good way for utilizing low grade zinc resources, and the application of this technology is with a good prospect.

前言:

饲料添加剂作为配合饲料的重要组成部分,具有提高饲料利用率、增加日粮的适口性、促进动物生长发育、改善畜产品品质、防治疾病、便于饲料的加工与保存等作用[1]。饲料级氧化锌为白色或淡黄色六角形细微粉末,是一种重要的饲料添加剂。与饲料级一水硫酸锌和七水硫酸锌等含锌饲料添加剂相比,饲料级氧化锌具有无味、无毒、质细腻、微量元素锌含量高、产品精细等特点,其生物学利用率高,是良好的锌来源。氧化锌与其他锌源相比,单位锌的成本明显低,利于降低饲料添加剂成本,添加量相当于一水硫酸锌的44%,七水硫酸锌的28%。研究表明,断奶仔猪日粮中添加高水平氧化锌对预防仔猪腹泻有显著效果,来自饲料氧化锌的锌2000-3000mg/kg对仔猪具有促生长和抗菌作用,增加到一定的
