考生1回忆:

第一题讨论如何解决城市交通拥挤的问题。

what do you think we should do to decrease the usage of car or other vehicle and solve the traffic problems?

第二题问动物保护应该是政府出钱还是私人出钱。

Do do think goverment should spend funding to save the animals which on the age of extinction or only for private source?

第三题文章讨论学校戏剧演出因为经济问题不在对学生打折,然后有个女的说不同意,原因1 本来看学校演出的就都是当地的居民,没有多少学生,所以提升票价不会有多少帮助,然后第二是哪怕打折的时候很多学生都负担不起不打折就更没人看了。

The announcement is about start to next semester, students is going to pay the same amout of money when they go to concert, that means more discount providing. The women disagree with this idea. First reason she gives is that it would not helpful for the finacial problems since most people who go to the concert pay the regular price. For example, last time she went to the concert, only a few student there. The second reason is that most student expecially who is majoring in art cannot afford the price of concert. It will be diffcult for them since they need to listen to it in their major.

第四题说学习兴趣,给了一个定义,就是教学的时候要把书本材料和学生现有兴趣联系起来,教授聚了一个他老婆的例子讲居里夫人,一开始学生们都不能集中精力,后来他老婆找到一个关于居里夫人的电影,说了一些他的发明和故事,很多对电影感兴趣的同学也就开始对居里夫人感兴趣,注意力很容易就集中了。

Interest Boostingteacher sometimes use this tecnic to boost the interste of students in class by showing the material of the subject. For example, the speaker's wife teaches sinents in high school, when she tried to showing something( I forgot the name), students do not seem to care about that. Then his wife use the strategy by bring the cpoy of the moive which related to the subject, because she thinks that students love that movie and the main actor, as a result, student really payed more attention on that.

第五题说是一个女的选历史课因为选的人太少就被cancel了,她想要么换一节别的课,但是怕不敢兴趣,学不好或者找那节课的老师做独立教学,但是她之前做过一次虽然学到

很多东西,但是作业太多了影响学习。

The women's problem is that she need to take one more history course to fulfill the requirement, and she also very interested in this course, but just a few student register this class so it will be canceled. The frist solution is she can chose another course, but none of other course is interested her, if she cannot take the course she like, she won't study well( detail, so improtant:). The other solution is that she can do the independent study about this course, but it would have much more work than the regular class, such as writing three pages paper( maybe 30 pages, three pages doesn’t sounds a lot right? never mind:)Then give your opinion...haha 第六题讲虫子是怎么在水里游得,就是说很多种腿的类型,2个例子一个是大bug 说它腿很粗壮,能在水里推很多水,然后就能游得更快更容易。第二个是说有种虫子退很长能

通过把四肢分散出去把重力分摊在水上就能在水上走了。

第一题问你怎么解决 traffic congestion

第二题把钱投到环境还是投到个人上

第四题讲的是 interest boosting

是一种老师吸引学生学习的方式然后举例是教授老婆教书教的是一个关于女作家然后是老师利用film的方法帮助学生更加升入课堂

考生3回忆:

1、你认为政府可以通过做什么来减少汽车污染?

2、你更希望政府将钱花在保护濒危物种上,还是。。。私人用途。。(忘了)

3、学校不提供打折票了,两个学生讨论,不同意,一个认为来的都是校外人员,校内学生很少,另一个观点为这么一点点票价不足以支撑它的运营

4、讲的是interest boosting,教授举一个例子,他他老婆在高中教物理,一天介绍了玛丽夫人的故事给学生,结果发现学生在讨论的时候并不感兴趣,课后她准备了玛丽夫人相关的电影,第二天课堂放映后学生反响热烈,表示能投入的讨论,甚至有些人还想写research report

5、女生春季选课遇到了问题,她想选history of technology,结果因为人少而导致课程取消,所以又两个solution,一个是选其他的历史课,但女生认为她对其他的历史课不感兴趣,之后学习过程中就会觉得比较难受,另一个是跟着教授做科研,不过要看很多的书,写很多的文章,工作量比上课要大得多。

6、讲水上动物的adaptation,一种是什么bug,另一种是water strider,前者的leg 很broad 并且strong,在水里游泳的时候可以有力的将水往后排,促使其前进,后一种是leg很thick(忘了),它有六支腿,可以向四个方向分布,从而可以直立在水面上。
