Abstract:This paper is software development of dam deformation monitoring application software system base on distributed optical fiber strain sensor-DiTeSt-STA202 analyzer, for the purpose of detecting data for data mining, and further processing and analysis, improve the embarkment hidden risk monitoring and warning ability. This design uses Delphi as development platform, and takes access and txt for data storage types and format,the development of software that can realize to the measurement data calling, querying, analysing, saving, forecasting and warning function module, a set of dam hidden risk monitoring and warning system. Dams in the national economy plays a significant role ,however, there may be insecurity. Dangerous situation of the dams, on then one hand, affect the normal functioning of project benefits, on the other hand, threat to coastal and people’s lives and property of river downstream. Therefore, To achieve the status of dam satety monitoring and early warning becomes very important.

At present, distributed optical fiber strain sensing technology has been applied to dam satety monitoring deformation, DiTeSt-STA202 analyzer based on distributed fiber optic strain sensors already have been applied to dam deformation monitoring[1], to acquisition and data processing, the internal deformation of dam detection. But in practical engineering applications, the data curve from the analyzer are only suitable for professional research It is difficult to maintain the dam as a routine application of practical engineering, and not to process the data in depth and not to achieve prediction and not to bring about the classification of early warning by test point or test section.Fiber-optic sensing technology in the dam deformation monitoring theory analysis develops a set based on DiTeSt-STA202 analyzer dam-processing software

system monitoring, improved the processing of monitoring data, marked risk section, calculated risk trends, achieved classification of early warning, furthered the development of reasonable maintain and implementation of dam safety monitoring system[2].

To be developed with Delphi7.0 application of dam safety monitoring system[3]will achieve distributed database management of measurement data; checked dam monitoring data, showed curve and marked of danger data; monitoring data trending and analysis; classification of early warning monitoring data. This will improve the level of dam safety monitoring and management, shows high practical value and broad prospects for engineering applications.

0引言

堤坝在国民经济中发挥着重大的作用,有些堤坝可能存在不安全因素。出现险情的堤坝,一方面影响工程效益的正常发挥,另一方面威胁着沿岸和下游人民的生命财产安全。因此,实现堤坝安全工作状况的监测及预警变得十分重要。

目前,分布式光纤应变传感技术已经应用于大坝形变安全监测中,基于DiTeSt-STA202分析仪的分布式光纤应变传感器已经应用到堤坝形变监测[1],能够采集处理数据,对堤坝的内部变形进行检测。然而在实际的工程应用中,分析仪得到的数据的曲线比较适适合专业人士进行研究。因此,它很难做为日常维护大坝实际工程中应用,并且没有对数据做深入的处理,实现预测功能,也没有能实现对测试点或测试段作出分级预警。本文在对光纤传感技术在堤坝形变监测原理进行分析,开发出一套基于DiTeSt-STA202分析仪的堤坝监测软件后续处理软件系统,完善对监测数据的处理,标记风险段,计算风险变化趋势,并实现分级预警,为进一步制定合理维护措施提供支持,实现堤坝安全监控系统[2]。

拟采用Delphi开发大坝安全监控应用软件系统[3],能实现分布式测量数据的数据库管理;大坝监测的数据进行查询,曲线显示,险情数据标记;监测数据的趋势预测和分析;监测数据的分级预警。这对提高我国堤坝安全监测和管理水平,有极高的实用价值和广阔的工程应用前景。

1Introduction of Delphi7.0

Delphi is Borland has introduced a visual, object-oriented application development tools.

2开发工具

Delphi是Borland公司推出的一种可视化的、面向对象的应用程序开发工具。有高速的编译器,强大的数据库支持,且能与Windows编程紧密结合,集成了开发环境提供了一套用于设计、编写、测试、调试和发布应用程序的工具软件[4-5]。本文选择Delphi7.0作为软件开发工具,使用Access和txt(文本文件)格式和类型来存储测量数据。以模块化的设计思路,

对软件的各部分功能做出具体模块化的划分,并进行功能模块的编程、调试和测试。

Delphi具有丰富的控件,组件,模板,功能强大,能够开发出很好的界面。其基础语言是Pascal,语言结构严谨,代码结构清晰,可读性好,代码执行效率高等。编译好的程序,可以马上成为可执行的exe文件。Delphi提供了各种开发工具,包括集成环境、图像编辑,以及各种开发数据库的应用程序。其中,Delphi在数据库方面的特长显得尤为突出。作为高效率的数据库管理系统和新一代更先进的数据库引擎[6]。

3DiTeSt-STA202分析仪

DiTeSt-STA202分析仪是从瑞士引进的,基于布里渊散射的分布式光纤温度应变传感分析仪。这台分析仪是基于光纤光学和激光的相互作用原理的监测系统。标准或特种单模通信光纤及光缆都可以被用来作为该仪器的传感器件。仪器内置的计算机系统提供一个友好的用户操作界面和12" 彩色显示屏,操作方便,界面直观。这台仪器还可以被用来设定为无人值守的全自动连续检测,并且仪器自动记录和存储监测数据,同时也可以随时随地的提取数据库的监测数据。另外,DiTeSt监测分析仪通过在中间增加DRR/DRM/DRRM的方式,可将监测距离延长到25公里甚至上百公里,进行长距离的进程。仪器外观如图一所示:

4程序模块化设计

本设计采用模块化设计,即用主系统、子系统等框架把软件的主要结构和流程描述出来,实现各功能块,然后进行各功能块开发,编写程序代码。即分为建立数据系统和数据处理系统两主程序大模块。

5建立数据系统模块的设计

建立数据系统的主要功能块:

1)密码窗口和修改密码窗口,实现密码登录,修改密码的功能;2)建立坝号名称并存放在access格式的数据库中;

3)建立坝号名文件夹用来存储测量的历史数据;

4)退出系统。

6数据处理系统模块的设计

数据处理系统的主要功能:

1)数据采集:调用DiTeSt软件进行监测,并保存监测的数据。

2)数据查询:对历史测量数据进行查询,曲线显示,以作分析和后续处理。

3)趋势预测:对历史测量数据进行预测计算分析,采用时间序列预测方法,预测将来的数据及趋势,保存预测结果值。

4)分级预警:对历史测量数据进行预警计算分析,采取一定的算法,对大坝的安全状况进行分级别的预警,并显示预警结果。

5)操作说明:对该软件的功能进行了说明,并介绍了基本的操作步骤。 6)退出系统。 数据处理系统功能图及部分界面:

7总结

本文是基于DiTeSt-STA202分析仪在堤防隐患的安全监测中的应用,开发出了堤防隐患监测与预警软件系统,提高了数据处理方法和监测与预警的能力。采用分布式光纤传感技术对堤坝隐患实行实时监测,将计算机仿真技术及测量试验研究相互结合,提出面向堤防隐患监测的趋势预测和分级预警的实现。本文开发的堤防隐患监测与预警软件系统,对原有的DiTeSt-STA202分析仪的堤坝监测功能进行了改进,能够实现堤防隐患监测,趋势预测和分级预警,提高了数据分析处理能力,完善了堤防隐患监测系统的功能。

Economic policy,tourism trade and productive diversification (Excerpt) Iza Lejárraga,Peter Walkenhorst The broad lesson that can be inferred from the analysis is that promoting tourism linkages with the productive capabilities of a host country is a multi-faceted approach influenced by a variety of country conditions.Among these,fixed or semi-fixed factors of production,such as land,labor,or capital,seem to have a relatively minor influence.Within the domain of natural endowments,only agricultural capital emerged as significant.This is a result that corresponds to expectations,given that foods and beverages are the primary source of demand in the tourism economy.Hence,investments in agricultural technology may foment linkages with the tourism market.It is also worth mentioning that for significant backward linkages to emerge with local agriculture,a larger scale of tourism may be important. According to the regression results,a strong tourism–agriculture nexus will not necessarily develop at a small scale of tourism demand. It appears that variables related to the entrepreneurial capital of the host economy are of notable explanatory significance.The human development index(HDI), which is used to measure a country's general level of development,is significantly and positively associated with tourism linkages.One plausible explanation for this is that international tourists,who often originate in high-income countries,may feel more comfortable and thus be inclined to consume more in a host country that has a life-style to which they can relate easily.Moreover,it is important to remember that the HDI also captures the relative achievements of countries in the level of health and education of the population.Therefore,a higher HDI reflects a healthier and more educated workforce,and thus,the quality of local entrepreneurship.Related to this point,it is important to underscore that the level of participation of women in the host economy also has a significantly positive effect on linkages.In sum, enhancing local entrepreneurial capital may expand the linkages between tourism and other sectors of the host country.

The microstructure, mechanical properties, tribological properties, and wear mechanism of C/C-SiC composites at different brake speeds were investigated. The results indicate that the composites are composed of 58wt% C, 37wt% SiC, and 5wt% Si. The density and open porosity are 2.0 g·cm–3 and 10%, respectively. The C/C-SiC brake composites exhibit good mechanical properties. The flexural strength can reach up to 160 MPa, and the impact strength can reach 2.5 kJ·m–2. The C/C-SiC brake composites show excellent tribological performances. The friction coefficient is between 0.57 and 0.67 at the brake speeds from 8 to 24 m·s?1. The brake is stable, and the wear rate is less than 2.02×10?6 cm3·J?1. These results show that the C/C-SiC brake composites are the promising candidates for advanced brake and clutch systems. 【英文文献及翻译】中国高速铁路China High-Speed Railway

China High-Speed Railway As the economic grow, intercity travel demand has increased dramatically in the Greater China Area. Traditional railways can hardly satisfy the passenger and freight travel demand, high speed rail is hence proposed and constructed after 1990s. This study aims to integrate current development of both rail-based and Maglev high speed trains in this area. From 1997, Taiwan kicked-off its high speed rail construction by importing the technology of Japanese Shinkansen. The Taiwan High Speed Rail is a 15-billion US dollars project. To save the cost of construction and management, the BOT model was applied. Though not totally satisfied, this project is still successful and ready to operate in the 4th quarter of 2007. China is preparing its high speed rail services by upgrading current networks. The capacity and operating speed are all increased after 5-times system upgrade. The 6th upgrade will be initiated in 2006. By then, trains will run at a speed of 200km/h in a total distance of 1,400km in 7 different routes. From the white paper published by the Ministry of Railway in China, there will be totally 8 rail-based High Speed Train services. Four of them are North-South bound, and four of them are East-West bound. 5 of the 8 High Speed Rails are now under construction, the first line will be finished in 2009, and the 2nd one will be in 2010. By 2020, there will be totally 12,000 kilometers high speed rail services in China. The 250 billion US dollars construction cost still leaves some uncertainties for all these projects. Finally, the future of the Maglev system in China is not so bright as rail-based. Shanghai airport line could be the first, also the last Maglev project in China if the approved Shanghai-Hangzhou line cannot raise enough 4.4 billion dollars to build it. As we know, the strongest economic country is America .Since we learned from the class we must have known more about it .Over the 200 years, from 1776 up to now, the country has advanced a lot and become the most eye-catching nation. To some extent, the United States is leading the times .Not even me, I think the majority of us, wa nt to ask the same question “Why does the development of American economy go so leaps and bounds ?what advantages factors help them? And what we should do to develop our economy c an catch up with them?” America’s rise has provided us with a lot of meaningful experience. We should learn from it and promote our own country. Of course, there are many other measures that contribute to the rise of America .Then I will explain the reasons in the following parts 1. Industrial revolution. It’s no doubt that the developments of American economy are begin with industrial revolution. Science and technology are the first productivity and of great importance to the development of society. With out exception, America’s development largely depends on science and technology. The industrial revolutions were so important to it. There are five develop stage of industrial revolution. First development was the introduction of the factory system ,which gathered many workers together in one workplace and produced goods for distribution over a wide area .The first factory in the United States is generally dated to 1793. It was a cotton textile mill in Pawtucket, Rhode Island, that combined carding, roving and spinning operation. An English man named Samuel Slater came to American to build a cotton cloth factory. He built the machinery from memory, because it was a crime to carry factory plant out of England. The success of Slater’s factory started a process of change that turned the northeastern region of the United States into an important manufacturing center. The making of textiles also meant increased demand for cotton, grown in the southern region of the United States. As a result, the nation became a major cotton producer.
