SIGNATURE DISH CHECK LIST

9:30-11:00Check the beverage report has been finished检查酒水报表是否上交

茶杯,烟缸,托盘,酱油套系。

Check all the service station where is fully equipped with tea ,ashtray, tray and set of condiments spoon.检查所有服务台里是否配备齐全餐巾纸,火柴,牙签,备用筷子,勺。

Check all utensils clean and no damaged.检查所有餐具的清洁和破损。

Check quality of bar counter and beverage setting 检查吧台是否清洁,酒水是否摆放整齐。

Check the quantity of chopsticks and chopstick holder 筷子和筷架是否充足

To ensure that all service desk chinaware surface is clean, no cracks and food residues.确保所有服务台里的瓷器表面是干净的,没有裂缝和食物残渣。

Check curtain is properly检查窗帘是否调整为午餐开餐时所规定的位置。

Furniture should be placed in the correct position. Table corner should remain flat.家具应按平面图摆放在正确的位置上。桌角也要保持平整。

Chair placed neatly in place around the table椅子整齐地围绕桌子摆放就位。

There are no dust, debris, food and garbage on the tables and chairs.桌,椅都是没有灰尘,碎屑,食物和垃圾。

Check the quantity of the soya sauce pot and the toothpick holder, there is no dirt检查桌上的酱油壶和牙签筒是否充足,没有污垢。

Check all tables are set up for lunch.检查所有的台面都设置好午餐的摆台。

To pick up all the table things to the side station收回餐桌上所有的物品

Inventory of tableware to avoid loss 对餐具进行清点以免丢失

All tables and chairs at their place 所有的餐桌和凳子已经摆正

All the table is clean所有餐桌是清洁的

Supply of necessary goods for the service station.补充服务台所需备品。
