523500[摘要]目的探讨小剂量曲安奈德痛点注射联合硅胶足跟垫治疗跟痛症的临床效果。方法选取2016年1月~2017年12月我院收治的60例跟痛症患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组各30例,研究组采用小剂量曲安奈德+2%利多卡因4ml 痛点注射联合硅胶跟垫治疗,对照组采用40mg 曲安奈德+2%利多卡因4ml 痛点注射。比较两组患者的临床治疗总有效率、复发率及视觉模拟(VAS)评分。结果研究组患者的临床治疗总有效率(96.67%)高于对照组(80.00%),研究组患者的复发率(3.33%)低于对照组(23.33%),差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05);研究组患者治疗后的VAS 评分为(2.22±1.03)分,低于对照组的(5.36±1.23)分,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论跟痛症患者给予小剂量曲安奈德痛点注射与硅胶足跟垫联合治疗的临床效果显著,能减轻患者的疼痛,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical effect of low dose Triamcinolone Acetonide pain -spot injection combined with silica gel heel pad in the treatment of calcaneodynia
