原则：舒服的训练都没用

很多学长学姐在传授听力经验的时候，时常会说：

每天坚持听英语，早晨起床就把自己浸入到英语环境中，听新概念、VOA、BBC，刚开始完全听不懂，只能听懂几个单词，但我没有放弃，后来突然有

一天，自己就跟开窍了一样，全部听懂了！

年少的我听完这个方法那叫一个热血沸腾，每天早晨让我妈在复读机中塞上一盘磁带，用英语唤我起床。每天晚上吃饭都要听上将近一个小时的英语。

但听了一段时间后，我发现，自己的英语水平，尤其是听力并没有什么长进。听不出来的单词下次重新播放还是听不出来，每天我都像在听一篇新的课文。说好的“豁然开朗”和“其义自见”呢？

问题出在哪儿呢？

这样普通的练习方式叫做“机械重复练习”，就像题海战术一样，营造的这些学习环境，只是感动了自己，其实自己并没有真正利用这些时间去学习，去思考，所以并没有什么成效。

我们应该做的却是“刻意练习”，先掌握正确的学习方法，然后进行大量的“受苦型训练”。

学习是可以有趣的，但前提是自己找到合适的学习方法，并且取得了成效后，你才会心理上放松，真正接纳它。而在此之前，你必须“受虐”，在精神上接受学习的吊打。

基本策略：精听99% +泛听1%

为什么我们要精听？

你见过“爻”无数次，这个字是我们用了几十万次的“反驳”中的右半边。那你知道这个字的读音吗？知道它的意思吗？

你看过无数遍《生活大爆炸》，你知道moxie 的中文是什么吗？

不要说什么一万小时就能成为这个领域的达人，只有经历一万个努力到痛不欲生的小时才有可能成为专家。

否则，这么多年，你看过的美剧、欧美电影应该早就超过了一万小时，为什么还是学不会英语呢？

没有效率的方法不能称之为好方法。

我今天介绍的这个方法的好处是：花一份时间，带来听力、口语、阅读、词汇、写作的五重提高。

精听方法和训练步骤

我提倡的方法叫做Shadowing Practice，这个方法被翻译成影子跟读法，这个译名只概括了方法的一半，甚至不到一半。

更准确的译名应为“跟读复析法”，即英文跟读+提取信息和复述、分析句意。这是很多口译员练习听力和口语的方法。

靠Shadowing 的方法，我的听力弱项迅速提高，专四拿到了全班唯一一个优秀。

Shadowing 第一个核心是原文跟读。简单来说，跟读就是在原文结束后，把刚才听到的原文诵读出来。在训练初期，可以进行英文到中文的翻译转换。到训练中期、后期，尽快扭转自己的思路，hello 就是hello，不要画蛇添足翻译成“你好”，逐渐形成英语理解思维。

接下来，我用视频给大家演示。

1训练初期（7 天，每天2-3h）

我们以2016 年6 月的六级真题（第一套）来示范下，如何有效精听。

? Step 1 听原文第一句

一定要盲听！千万不要看原文！

?直接跟读出原句，并在语音、语调上尽量模仿录音

?立马在脑中分解句子意思，并复述出中文句意

那么，你做市场研究顾问已经多久了呢？

?接着按这个步骤训练下一句

如：最后一个单词Consultant 没听出来

?在纸上把前面听出来的两个单词写出，在未听出的单词处划线，下次重点听划线处Market Research ______

?在脑中把除了这个单词外的其他部分的意思分析、复述出来

? Step 2 听第二遍原文

?重复Step 1

?如果还没听出来，就继续听第三遍，直到第五遍为止

? Step 3 听完五遍

如果听完第五遍还没有听出来就暂且作罢，开始听第二句，并重复以上步骤。

等听完本篇听力全文后，再翻看原文。

听不完文章，不允许看原文；

看原文时把听不出的词查出来，标出音标+中文意思。英文释义也尝试了解下。

泛听方法和推荐材料

说了精听，是不是应该说泛听了……

讲真，我觉得大家在做完了两三个小时的精听后，十有八九会说自己“听吐”了。

考虑到是泛听，可以选择自己感兴趣的材料作听力，比如，我天天晚上会听《唐顿庄园》入睡，如果你恰好失眠，不妨用这个方法。

只要是眼下想突破考试的，就把99% 甚至100% 的精力留给精听吧，带着脑子去练习，才会有长进。一个月后，你会感谢那个“听吐了”的自己的！
