Exercise Does Have Unexpected Benefits

The old proverb “All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy”reminds us that we should attach significance to exercise in our daily life . Indeed, exercise could bring many unexpected benefits to us. So, what on earth are these benefits ?

Firstly, we can relax our body and mind at the same time by taking exercise. let’s take Jack for example .In the past, Jack often felt tired and exhausted after heavy work. Therefore, his life was full of pressure. But one day, he followed his friend’s advice and took exercise every afternoon. From then on, he has been always energetic and relaxed. Furthermore, the stress of work reduces a lot

Secondly, taking exercise regularly can build up our bodies. Xiao Ming, 14, a student from Xin Hua Middle School, often had a cold and fever in winter. Occasionally, he learned that he could get rid of them by exercising. So, he came to form a habit of taking exercise everyday. Nowadays, according to him, he seldom falls sick.

Last but not least, we may find our lover in the process of taking exercise. For instance, Li Hua often went to a gymnasium to do exercise after work .Surprisingly, he met with the same lovely girl almost every day. As time went by, they came to know each other and fell in love. Finally, they got married and have a happy life now.

All in all, we can come to the conclusion that exercise does have
