国家体育总局人力中心关于举办2015年第三期DynEd英语培训班的通知

各厅、司、局,在京各直属单位:

按照总局加强培养“懂竞赛、懂管理、懂外语的复合型管理干部”相关要求及2015年培训计划,受人事司委托,我们将继续开展DynEd英语培训。现将有关事宜通知如下:一、培训时间

2015年8月15日至10月15日。

二、培训对象

机关公务员、直属单位工作人员均可报名。

三、报名与学前测试

DynEd英语学习是总局系统长期开展的英语业余学习形式,方式灵活,教师面授与电脑学习相结合,注重实际听说能力的锻炼和提高,各层次英语水平的学员均可报名参加。请

各单位于2015年8月11日17:00前将报名表(见附件1)加盖单位公章后,传真至人力资源开发中心办公室。

参加学习人员经过学前水平测试后进入相应级别学习,待此级别学习达到考核要求后,方可进入下一级别的学习。

2015年8月14日进行水平测试(继续学习人员不再需要测试)、安装课件和入门课,8月15日正式开始学习。测试和入门课地点另行通知。

四、课程内容

多媒体学习主干课程为:First English, New Dynamic English, Dynamic Business English, Function in Business;多媒体学习辅助课程为:The Lost Secret,English by Number , Clear Speech Works, Advanced Listening;新增课程Hospitality English。

五、培训费用

(一)戴耐德英语培训每期每人每级别学习费用1450元,初次参加学习学员新课件安装费每人50元。请参加学习人员于课程安装当日向瑞迪文英语垫付培训费用,并由瑞迪文英语开具费用收据。

(二)机关公务员、直属单位班子成员、高层次体育人才培养对象和后备人选、国际体育组织任职人员、运动项目中心竞赛和外事干部、科研单位具有副高级专业技术职称以上的学员参加培训,如达到考核要求结业合格,培训费由总局负担,学员垫付培训费由瑞迪文英语全数退还;如未达到考核要求,培训费自理,学员垫付培训费直接冲抵。其他学习人员的费用由学员所在单位按相关规定办理。

六、考核要求

(一)对学员的考核项目如下:

1.E-LEARNING课程学习任务完成情况30分(完成率80%为合格);

2.授课出勤和参与情况40分(出勤率80%为合格);

3.结业测试成绩20分;

4.智能辅导成绩10分(智能辅导是系统评判学员学习方法和学习效率的数据,由系统自动生成。系统自动生成分数大于或者等于2分,学员智能辅导成绩即可获得10分)。

以上四项由DynEd英语在每个级别学习完成后,按上述要求考核,只有当学员综合成绩达到70分以上,才可得到DynEd英语培训证书。

(二)参加学习人员应在规定的时间内完成课程内容,如不能完成,本年度将不再推荐参加其他形式的外语培训。

七、其他事项

(一)为方便大家学习,经同DynEd英语协商,需要在另一台计算机上安装学习课件的学员,可向DynEd英语提出,每人安装费用为30元,费用自理。

(二)因学员的计算机系统出现故障等原因,出现重复安装的,如在DynEd英语办公地点安装免费,上门安装收费,每人50元,费用自理。

(三)DynEd英语培训管理规定、报名表可从国家体育总局人力资源开发中心网站(中国体育人才网,网址:https://www.wendangku.net/doc/2717722670.html,)查询、下载。
