大家晚上好。很高兴学校给我这么个机会，能在这里发言。今天我讲的题

目是《学会包容》。

来到实验中学已经三年了，如果要我说说对实验中学的印象如何，我会说

很好，我总是在他人的面前说起实验中学的好，总是叫亲戚朋友的孩子来实验

中学就读，为此，同学朋友都在笑话我，学校给你多少广告费啊？

我们大家能够来到实验中学任教，实在是一种缘分，我们要珍惜这种缘分，同事之间要有一颗包容的心。

包容是一门学问，学会包容的人，就学会了生活；懂得包容的人，就懂得

快乐！包容是一种美德，它可以使你的人格得到升华，让你的心灵得到净化！

我们作为教书匠，图的就是平安、快乐、和睦相处。看到实验中学里的同

行门能够这样和睦相处，实在是一种幸福。

作为老师的我们没有必要为了一点点的所谓利益，就觉得很是委屈，非得

讨个说法，这样做，不仅会使你的形象受到伤害，而且还会影响到你的健康、

性情。所以说学会包容他人，就是学会了包容自己。包容他人对自己有意无意

的伤害，是让人钦佩的气概；包容他人曾经的过失，是对他人改过自新的最大

鼓励；包容他人对自己的敌视、仇恨，是人格至高的袒露。包容是人生的财富。人生短暂、生命无常，同样是一辈子，同在一所学校，有什么过不去的坎，有

什么解不开的结？

包容别人的过失，包容众生的错误，是人生最大的财富！万物都有其不足

的一面，我们为何不以一颗火热的包容之心，来体察它的另一面呢？

包容别人的过错，不是欣赏别人的过错，也不是成就别人去犯错、鼓励别

人去犯错，而是允许别人的过错，让别人更好地改过，而不是对他的指责、更

不是对他人的冷嘲热讽！

我们不要总是用手指指着别人的缺点，我们在指责他人的时候，不要凭着

自己的意气用事，应该想想，有没有更好的解决办法？自己的做法会不会伤害
