探究医疗设备的使用与后续维护管理

【摘要】医疗设备是医院的一个重要组成部分，医院的服务宗旨在于通过多种医疗手段

为患者提供医疗服务，为他们解除疾病带来的痛苦，而医疗设备在疾病的诊断及治疗上有着不可缺少的重要作用。随着科学的发展越来越发达的医疗设备也在不断的更新换代，但我们的医务人员由于经验不足或其他原因，并不能正确的使用医疗设备，并且后续的维护管理也不是很完善，大部分医院的医疗器械维修机构存在着很多的问题，不能够很好的为医院进行服务。

医院医疗设备维护是医院日常管理中的一个重要项目，医疗设备维修机构能够对医院的医疗器械进行及时的维修，保证医疗器械的正常使用，大大提高了医院的工作效率，为医院的发展和经营保驾护航。

【Abstract】Medical equipment is an important part of hospital， the hospital 's service tenet is to provide medical services to patients through a variety of medical means， for them to lift the pain of the disease， the medical equipment is an important and indispensable role in the diagnosis and treatment of the disease. With the scientific development more and more advanced medical equipment are also constantly upgrading， but our staff because of lack of experience or other reasons， and not the correct use of medical equipment， and subsequent maintenance management is not very perfect， medical equipment repair mechanism in most hospitals， there are many problems， can not be good service for the hospital.Medical equipment maintenance is an important project of daily management of hospital， medical equipment repair mechanism can timely repair of medical equipment， ensure the normal use of medical equipment， greatly improves the work efficiency of the hospital， hospital management and development escorts.

医疗设备是现代医疗的重要组成部分，医疗设备不仅是衡量医院现代化的重要标志，也是医院建设和发展的物质基础。但长期以来，人们只重视医疗设备的采购，却忽视了医疗设备的使用与维护管理，这既影响了设备完好率，也影响了医院综合效益。如何使购人的设备，发挥较好的社会效益和经济效益，只能靠对医疗设备使用与维修管理来保证。本文结合我院的具体情况，从以下几个方面进行探讨。

1. 医疗设备的使用管理医疗设备的正确使用，直接影响到设备的完好率，这项工作不仅

与具体使用者有直接关系，而且与管理者水平有关，两者要相互配合。
