如何提高英语自主学习能力 《全日制义务教育普通高级中学英语课程标准》（实验稿）中明确指出要“发展学生自主学习能力”。那么作为英语教师，我们首先要明确“自主学习”的概念及阻碍学生自主学习能力提高的因素。 一、“自主学习”的概念 本人认为,“自主学习”应包括自主确立学习目标、确定学习内容、学习计划，运用合适方法、控制适合自己的时间、地点和进度评价学习。唯有如此，方可说明学生真正成为了学习的主体， 二、阻碍学生自主学习英语能力提高的因素 1，老师传统的教学方法及教学风格 传统的英语课堂教学在方法上采用说教式、填鸭式，侧重于向学生灌输知识，这样的教师思想落后，自己也没有与时俱进。他们较少启发学生寻找、思考并解决问题，这就使学生总是处于被动的位置，这样的教师对学生的能力充满了不信任。他们害怕孩子们犯错误。一味的灌输正确答案，并不给与学生思考的过程。学生好比受宠爱的孩子：成了衣来伸手，饭来张口。时间长了也就没有了独立思考问题的能力了。有的教师在教学中甚至时时表现出老师的权威性。学生渐渐的失去了个性，这不利其自主学习能力的培养，更无法谈超越。英语教师更应该接受新鲜东西，自主学习教学理论，大胆创新，积极主动寻找更加适合当代中学生的英语教学方法。只有老师的教学方法教学理念改变了，学生才能做到真正的被引导，自主学习才会成为可能。。 2. 学生缺乏学习动机、学习兴趣 学习动机与学习效果相互作用（Rod Ellis1999），即强烈的学习动机能促进外语学习，而成功体验有助于保持甚至生成新的学习动机。有的学生受家庭影响觉得学习英语并不重要，没有学习英语的目标。有的学生沉迷网络，没精力没兴趣去记忆单词，学习也是疲于应付，

龙源期刊网 https://www.wendangku.net/doc/3b17273509.html, 培养英语自主学习能力的意义与方法 作者：黄美英 来源：《读与写·上旬刊》2017年第03期 摘要：根据目前很多学生对英语学习目的不明确以及对老师过度依赖的现状，本文从增强学生自主学习意识、创设自主学习环境、引导学生构建英语学习结构体系等方面进行了论述，并提出了具体的改进方法。 关键词：高中英语；自学能力；培养；意义；方法 中图分类号：G633.4 文献标识码：B文章编号：1672-1578（2017）03-0056-01 随着新课程改革的不断深入，培养学生的自主学习能力是我们务必要努力突破的关键性课题之一。培养自主学习的能力不仅有利于学生今后的学习，而且能优化课堂教学，提高教学效率。自主学习能力的培养是新课程对教师和学生共同的要求和目标，是在学生明确学习目的的前提下才能发展的能力，也是学生合作、探索学习方式的前提和基础。笔者从以下几个方面进行了实践与探索。 1.引导学生明确英语学习目的，增强自主学习的信心 明确英语学习目的、增强学生自主学习意识是培养学生英语自主学习能力的前提。一直以来，不少学生对学习英语的认识不正确，认为英语只是一门学科，学习英语只是为了应付考试，而没有把它当作一种语言文化、一种交际的工具来看；另外，由于各级教育部门以学生的考试分数来定教师的业绩，让多数英语教师也只为了学生快速掌握应试的一些知识而滔滔不绝地向他们不停地灌输，久而久之，导致了学生过分依赖教师，使得学生对英语学习的态度不够积极主动，结果禁锢了学生的自主发展。因此，教师首先要使学生明确学习英语的目的，认识到学习英语是为了能把语言知识转化为语言技能并创造性地使用它来进行交流。其次，教师要加强教育，让学生真正意识到"自己是主体"。让学生明白：学习是自己的事，明白应该怎样听课、复习和作业，怎样思考、发言和讨论，逐步培养学生学习的独立性、自主性。 2.创设自主学习的良好环境，激发学生自主学习的欲望 要培养学生自主学习英语的能力，除了要增强学生的自主学习意识以外还要创设让学生自主学习的条件，优化课时目标，激发学生自主学习的欲望，营造愉悦的学习氛围，形成良好的课堂环境，使学生有自主学习的可能且能快乐地自主学习。

如何提高英语自主学习能力 新河街学校江莹 《全日制义务教育普通高级中学英语课程标准》（实验稿）中明确指出要“发展学生自主学习能力”。那么作为英语教师，我们首先要明确“自主学习”的概念及阻碍学生自主学习能力提高的因素。 一、“自主学习”的概念 本人认为,“自主学习”应包括自主确立学习目标、确定学习内容、学习计划，运用合适方法、控制适合自己的时间、地点和进度评价学习。唯有如此，方可说明学生真正成为了学习的主体， 二、阻碍学生自主学习英语能力提高的因素 1，老师传统的教学方法及教学风格 传统的英语课堂教学在方法上采用说教式、填鸭式，侧重于向学生灌输知识，这样的教师思想落后，自己也没有与时俱进。他们较少启发学生寻找、思考并解决问题，这就使学生总是处于被动的位置，这样的教师对学生的能力充满了不信任。他们害怕孩子们犯错误。一味的灌输正确答案，并不给与学生思考的过程。学生好比受宠爱的孩子：成了衣来伸手，饭来张口。时间长了也就没有了独立思考问题的能力了。有的教师在教学中甚至时时表现出老师的权威性。学生渐渐的失去了个性，这不利其自主学习能力的培养，更无法谈超越。英语教师更应该接受新鲜东西，自主学习教学理论，大胆创新，积极主动寻找更加适合当代中学生的英语教学方法。只有老师的教学方法教学理念改变了，学生才能做到真正的被引导，自主学习才会成为可能。。 2. 学生缺乏学习动机、学习兴趣 学习动机与学习效果相互作用（Rod Ellis1999），即强烈的学习动机能促进外语学习，而成功体验有助于保持甚至生成新的学习动机。有的学生受家庭影响觉得学习英语并不重要，没有学习英语的目
标。有的学生沉迷网络，没精力没兴趣去记忆单词，学习也是疲于应付，久而久之学生没了动机没了兴趣。因此，当学生缺乏学习动机时，也就无法产生学习兴趣，学习效果自然就欠佳了。 3. 学生不良的学习习惯 例如，有的学生未掌握记忆单词的科学方法，而一味地死记硬背单词。他们总喜欢以字母为单位去记忆，而没有思考音节音标。这样记单词不仅难记就算记住时间一长所记的单词也容易遗忘，所以学生就将记单词视为一沉重的负担继而放弃学英语。有的学生一遇到生词就去查字典，影响其阅读能力和思维能力的提高。还有的学生不懂得记忆规律，总采取集中复习的方法。但心理学研究表明，每天学英语1小时，连学7天，其效果远比一天连续学习7小时好得多，也即间时复习的效果明显优于集中复习。学生没有安排好自己的学习计划。想到哪里就学到哪里。学习的时间和内容也没有进行合理的安排。类似上述的不良学习习惯一旦无法克服，势必影响学习效率的提高。 4. 学生未掌握正确的学习方法 英语学习中听、说、读、写4大能力的提高各具特色，需采取不同的学习方法，当学生尚未掌握这些方法时，就会越学越吃力，越吃力就越不想学，一旦形成恶性循环，就难以提高成绩了。 5. 学生未懂得自我反思、自我评价学习过程 有的学生习惯一味埋头苦读，却忽略了自我反思、自我评价学习过程这一重要环节。其实，这一过程能帮助学生找出知识盲点、改进学习方法、提高学习效率，其作用绝对不容忽视。 三、如何培养学生自主学习英语的能力 上面已分析了阻碍学生提高自主学习英语能力的因素，现在我们就针对以上因素有的放失地提出一些培养学生自主学习英语能力的建议： 1. 转变教学模式、改变教学方法 打破传统的教学模式，努力实行“以教师为中心”到“以学生为中心”的转变，教师应充当启发者、引导者及帮助者，改变“满堂灌”的做法，精讲多练,多启善导。正如德国教育家第斯多惠所建议:教学要采用发展的方法，即启发学生的智力，促使他们能够探求、考虑、
