EVA胶膜性能研究 目前市场上所用的eva胶膜种类很多，五花八门的什么都有，生产厂家也很多，雨后春笋一样地冒，但是从材料的本质来看，其实就是一个道理。 首先咱先说说交联度，这个指标很重要，关系到产品的长期使用性能，这个交联体系也很重要。其实从本质上来说，交联度就是一个温度和时间的关系，温度越高，时间越长，交联度就会越高。交联度主要就是靠交联剂以及辅助助剂来完成这个化学反应的。交联剂本身呢不会在低温下快速反应，但是有了辅助助剂，以及交联剂量再多点，反应速度就加快了。但是中间的残留自由基就存在多了，这个对胶膜也是个不稳定的因素。各家有各家的独到之处，但是原理就是这样的，交联体系不一样，加入的量不一样，材料的使用条件就不一样，看怎么取舍了；但是从原理上来说，高温交联比较好点，所用的助剂也会比较少，相应的残留自由基也少，但是对于材料的层压使用有点要求高。 交联度，顾名思义，就是已经发生交联的材料占总材料的比例了，可以这样说，未交联之前呢eva是线状的结构，交联后呢就变成网状的了，当然也有部分线状结构存在，被网状结构所包围，这样呢材料就比较稳定，想破坏网状的结构链所需要的强度和能量比线状要高的多，专业点就是键能大的多了。其实这个就是eva抗老化的主要原因。但是呢交联度不能太高，高到一定程度材料会失去弹性，对使用也很有影响，也容易变脆。太低呢抗老化性能达不到。所以目前一般在80%左右吧。 再说说收缩率，这个对实际使用很关键。材料一般为纵向收缩，有的横向也会收缩，看其生产工艺了。这个原理其实很简单，膜在出来的时候是热的，收卷产生纵向拉伸，在膜中间就存在应力和取向，冷却后定型。但在使用过程中膜受热熔化，应力释放产生收缩。就好像拉一个弹簧，两头拉住弹簧就变长，这个就是拉伸取向，弹簧产生拉力就是应力；两头一松，就是应力收缩了。收缩率过大就会导致移位，并片等现象，要是胶膜的粘弹性不好，

万圣节的资料英文版 The word itself, "Halloween," actually has its origins in the Catholic Church. It comes from a contracted corruption of All Hallows Eve. November 1, "All Hollows Day" (or "All Saints Day"), is a Catholic day of observance in honor of saints. But, in the 5th century BC, in Celtic Ireland, summer officially ended on October 31. The holiday was called Samhain (sow-en), the Celtic New year. One story says that, on that day, the disembodied spirits of all those who had died throughout the preceding year would come back in search of living bodies to possess for the next year. It was believed to be their only hope for the afterlife. The Celts believed all laws of space and time were suspended during this time, allowing the spirit world to intermingle with the living. Naturally, the still-living did not want to be possessed. So on the night of October 31, villagers would extinguish the fires in their homes, to make them cold and undesirable. They would then dress up in all manner of ghoulish costumes and noisily paraded around
