Coosa Pines ：AbitibiBowater 将永久关闭Coosa Pines 的纸机，停止之后30天低克重再生包装纸和挂面纸的试点项目。AbitibiBowater 将继续从事工厂绒毛浆生产。此次关闭将产生近400万美元的现金成本，1亿美元的非现金成本。
2.M-real 欧洲白挂面牛皮箱板纸价：M-real 将上调所有Kemiart 白挂面牛皮箱板纸价格50欧元/吨，4月15日起执行。
3.Smurfit Kappa 上调白挂面牛皮箱板纸价格：Smurfit Kappa 计划上调白挂面牛皮箱板纸价格60欧元/吨，4月1日起执行。
4.SCA 3月调涨白挂面牛皮箱板纸价：SCA 调涨白挂面牛皮箱板纸价格50欧元/吨，3月1日起执行。
5.Billerud 上调牛皮纸价：Billerud 计划上调所有牛皮纸价格80欧元/吨，4月1日起执行。调价主要仍是由于良好的需求以及积极的前景预期。新价格将适用于所有市场。
1、本周行情概述：
本周，各地纸厂基本开始正常生产，而下游也陆续复工，开始入市询价采购。随着时间推移，市场人士目前已基本默认国废退税政策的取消，纸厂方面均意向将此部分压力转移至下游，部分报价已经提涨100-200元/吨。然，因市场需求尚未爆发，买卖双方博弈心态明显，涨价存在阻力，成交价跟涨需进一步跟进。

2、各地市场行情概述：
华南地区：
广东地区：
本周，广东地区瓦楞纸价基本维持平稳，部分纸厂报价提涨，但仅为年前那一轮的跟涨行为。
目前，含税出厂价：高瓦120g主流持稳3550-3600元/吨，普瓦105g报3000元/吨上下。
经过为期1-2周的停机后，当地纸厂现已基本开启，恢复正常生产，下游需求呈现不温不火之势。虽纸厂迫切期望再次涨价弥补成本，但东莞玖龙尚未有所动作，涨价推动力不足。
福建地区：
本周，福建地区箱板、瓦楞纸厂多数已正常生产，纸厂报价暂未上调，部分出货稍有阻力。
目前，含税出厂价：高瓦110g主流3400元/吨上下。
箱板纸方面，敦信牛卡A级120g报4050-4150元/吨，T级120g报3850-3950元/吨，白面牛卡140g报4500-4600元/吨。
华东地区：
江浙沪地区：
上半周，在废纸原料价格上涨的驱动之下，江浙地区理文、景兴、吉安等主要箱板纸厂报价均大幅上调，普遍涨幅100-200元/吨，实单实谈。其余纸厂如江苏旺达等也意向近期等幅调涨报价。
目前，江苏理文箱板纸A级140g报至4500元/吨上下；景兴U级纸120g报4200-4300元/吨；吉安纸容器银杉140g报4400元/吨；江苏旺达A级110g报4000元/吨以上。
瓦楞纸价格自下半周起亦稳中有升，低端价格渐少。另，江苏长丰目前仍处全线停产状态，计划于2月18日开始生产。
目前，含税出厂价：高瓦120g主流3520-3570元/吨。
山东地区：
本周，山东地区箱板纸需求仍未有明显转旺。在成本的累积增长之下，晨鸣、荣成海盛等主要纸厂正酝酿涨价，但成交价格推进应仍存阻力。
荣成海盛箱板纸A级140g出厂报价持稳4000元/吨上下；博汇箱板纸A级170g报价涨100元/吨至4200-4300元/吨。
瓦楞纸价基本持稳节前，但听闻部分纸厂在成本上行的推动下，报价略有上调50元/吨。
目前，含税出厂价：高瓦120g主流3150-3250元/吨。
安徽地区：
年后，安徽地区箱板纸市场暂显平稳，但部分纸厂流露涨价意向。
目前，安徽山鹰牛卡3A级150g出厂报4500元/吨，A级120g报4150-4200元/吨，B2级120g报4000-4050元/吨，T级110g报3950-4000元/吨。

周初，河南地区箱板纸、瓦楞纸市场整体成交气氛较节前明显转旺，纸厂库存量骤减，部分低端报价则于下半周宣布上调100元/吨上下。银鸽、宏伟等主要纸厂报价维持稳定，暂时观望，亦有涨价意向。
目前，含税出厂价：高瓦120g主流3100-3200元/吨，高端3250元/吨。
箱板纸方面，宏伟牛卡（B级）140、170g报3950元/吨上下，仿牛卡（C级）120g 报3550元/吨，140、170g报3450元/吨。
3、后市预测：
瓦楞纸方面，部分低端价格有明显涨价空间。
箱板纸方面，2月末3月初，纸价应呈缓慢上升趋势。
1、太仓、天津玖龙新项目进程：据悉，太仓玖龙29#、30#新纸机已于1月底投产，其中29#机年产能45万吨箱板纸，30#机年产能35万吨低克重高强瓦楞纸。另，天津玖龙31#、32#机计划于今年4月投产，届时，该厂总产能将达到160万吨左右。
