马克思主义经典作家社会管理思想探索

摘要：马克思、恩格斯、列宁的理论著作和社会实践蕴含着丰富的社会管理思想。马克思、恩格斯通过考察资本主义民主制，结合国际共产主义运动的发展和经验，在批判资本主义管理制度基础上，对共产主义社会管理进行了预测。十月革命后，面对严峻的国际形势和国内发展状况，列宁对苏俄社会主义建设问题进行了实践探索，形成了社会主义社会管理的重要思想。经典作家的社会管理思想对我们当前的社会管理仍具有现实的借鉴意义。

Marxist Classical Authors? Thoughts of Social Management

Abstract：Marxist classical authors? theoretical works and social practice contain abundant social management thought. Marx， Engels by examining the capitalist democracy， combined with the development of international communist movement and the experience， based on the critique of the capitalist management system， and forecasting communist society management. After the October revolution， faced with the grim international situation and domestic development status of Russian socialist construction， Lenin carried on the practice exploration， formed the socialist social management thought，and these classical authors? social management thoughts still has a realistic significance to our present social management.

经典作家马克思、恩格斯和列宁的社会管理思想都有其产生的特定历史背景，他们通过揭露资本主义国家社会管理的弊端，对共产主义的社会管理思想进行了探索思考。革命导师列宁从苏维埃俄国经济文化落后的现实出发，创造性地探索出了一系列关于社会主义社会管理的新思想。通过梳理经典作家马克思、恩格斯、列宁理论和实践中丰富的社会管理思想，有助于我们更好地研究社会主义的社会管理和推动社会主义社会管理创新的实践，对于正确处理好当前社会转型过程中经济发展与社会管理之间的关系，构建社会主义和谐社会都具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。
