三开篇语
自第十一个五年规划以来，中央政府出台了一系列鼓励发展新能源电动汽车的政策，十二五规划中新能源被列为中国汽车行业今后5年发展的重中之重，作为国家节能减排的重要组成部分，新能源汽车更是被列为加快培育和发展的七大战略性新兴产业之一。意在新能源电动汽车实现弯道超车领跑在世界的前面。
2008年御捷人以“敢为人先”的精神和全球的视野，挑战美国金融危机带来的风险，抓住历史机遇，把4.2亿人民币投入在全封闭三轮电动摩托车和低速电动轿车项目上。从此御捷人将满腔的热情投入到这一低碳、环保、神圣的绿色产业上。
御捷人用了两年多的时间按着乘用车的标准建立起一座现代化的工厂和成功的开发了两款三轮电摩轿和低速电动汽车。
御捷人开发的全封闭三轮电动摩轿彻底颠覆了现有市场产品的传统设计概念，用汽车的标准和设计理念打造出一款全新的全封闭三轮电动摩轿。“摩托车的价格，汽车级的享受”满足了现有和潜在客户进一步要求，拉动和扩大全封闭三轮摩托车这一细分市场。

目前，御捷三轮电动摩轿已取得国际订单6300台，低速电动轿车已取得DOT、EEC等多项认证，产品已向东南亚、非洲、欧美洲等国际市场销售。
2010年第二十五届全世界电动车大会高级论坛在深圳召开，国内外专家一致认为发展低速电动轿车是中国实现弯道超车的唯一的正确途径。

Since the Tenth Five-Year Plan, the central government issued a series of policies encouraging new energy electric vehicles, in the twelfth Five-Year Plan new energy vehicles is listed as China's top priority auto industry in the next 5 years, as an important part of energy saving project, the new energy vehicles is listed as one of the seven emerging strategic Industries to be cultivated. Trying to be the best in the area of new energy vehicle.
In 2008, Yogomo challenge the risk of American financial crisis with worldwide vision and great courage. We invest 420 million RMB to start the project of motor-tricycle and low-speed electric vehicle. From then, Yogomo dedicate to this low-carbon environmental sacred industry.
Yogomo takes two years to build a modern factory with automobile standard, and designed two models of three wheel motorcycle and low-speed electric car.
The fully closed motor-tricycle we designed totally subvert the traditional concept, we produced a fresh new fully closed model with cars’ standard and designing conception. “Motor price, car luxury” satisfy the demands of customers now and potential, Stimulating and expanding the fully enclosed three-wheeled motorcycle segment market.

四企业简介
河北御捷车业有限公司成立于2009年5月，注册资本8000万元人民币，占地450亩，投资4、2亿元建设了具有轿车生产工艺的冲压、焊装、涂装、总装四大车间，是国内首个集开发、制造、销售、服务四位于一体的并具备大批量生产三轮摩托车和低速电动车的专业厂家。御捷车业公司是河北省第一家列入国家三轮摩托车生产一级目录企业，是全国第一家通过工信部批准的电动三轮摩托车生产企业。具备年产15万辆三轮摩托车和5万辆低速电动车的生产能力。
御捷车业的车型采用轿车的标准和性能设计，自主研发的车身平台产生了69项专利，其采用的承载车身工艺，完全颠覆了传统三轮摩托的设计理念、产品标准、产品性能和制造工艺，是目前国内首家实现三轮车和四轮车共享的轿车平台。御捷公司将以“安全、节能、环保”为产品发展目标，致力于打造世界一流低速电动车。

With a registered capital of 80 million Yuan, YOGOMO (HEBEI) MOTORS CO., LTD.is established in May 2009, covering an area of 450acres.
Invested 4.2 billion Yuan in constructing the four auto production process shops, including the press room, body shop, paint shop and assembly shop, YOGOMO (HEBEI) MOTORS CO., LTD. stands out as the first domestic professional manufacturer of three-wheel motorcycles and low speed electric vehicles integrating R&D, production, sales and service. It possesses mass production abilities, with an annual output of150,000 three-wheel motorcycles and50,000low-speed electric vehicles.
As the first enterprise been included in the national production of a three-wheel motorcycle directory of Hebei province, YOGOMO (HEBEI) MOTORS CO., LTD. is also the domestic first electric tricycle manufacturer approved by the Ministry of Industry.
Employing the auto standards and performance design, the self-researched body platform generates altogether 69 patents, especially the frameless body design completely subverts the traditional three-wheel motorcycle’s design concepts, product standards, product performance and manufacturing process, achieving the currently domestic first shared body platform of tricycles and quadricycles. 2009年5月22日河北御捷车业有限公司在河北注册成立
2009年6月《年产15万辆三轮摩托车项目》在河北省发改委备案，该项目已经全部竣工并具备三轮摩托车生产条件。
2009年09月第一辆全封闭三轮摩托车在清河试制成功
2010年3月23日在全体员工的努力下，整车下线
2010年8月由河北省工信厅呈文报工信部，冀工信呈【2010】326号，该项目的两个产品（电动三轮摩托车和燃油三轮摩托车）委托天津摩检所检测，已出合格报告，特申请工信部予以生产准入验收，并将河北御捷车业有限公司及三轮摩托产品列入国家《车辆生产企业及产品公告》目录。

八先进的生产设备
冲压车间
冲压车间建筑面积8700m2拥有10台大型冲压机。整体车身47个部件完全自主冲压完成，高精度的三维测量系统，保证整体车身误差小于国际标准。
原板采用高标准冷轧特种钢板，常温冲压成型，使车身无温差变化。高碳钢模具，完全达到无痕成型要求，自动卷边系统，让车身强度更高，吻合度更精密。
配套设备有液压上扎机，电动展平机，微机数控平板床，自动测据剪切机等。
焊装车间
焊装车间占地12400平方米，由大型全自动流水线纵横相连，西门子全自动钳具，是完全按轿车标准设计完成，三维整体坐标检测装置全程跟踪，以达到尽善尽美，116组日本进口水冷式无焊焊钳，使车身每个部件亲密无间，内置板模承重设计，使轿车技术在摩托车型完美到极致。
涂装车间
涂装车间占地12000平方米，拥有脱脂、去油、反复盥洗、电泳、磷化、纯水净洗自动降升池16座，风帘无味喷涂，完全采用德国技术，全封闭车间设置，高净化吸气系统是按轿车标准设计完成，彻底喷雾柴油式烘干系统，使车身表面光滑，明亮，无任何腻平处理的车身，再经过四次表漆处理，以达到同行业中先进水平，自动流水线更为产量提供了硬件保障。
总装车间
总装车间占地16000平方米，拥有120米长四动力宽带流水线，使涂装车间车身在空中导链进入总装车间时就切入组装生产线，67道无间工艺，单一独立的组装系统，使每个岗位责任清晰，技术娴熟，安装到位，在流水线末端为车辆防漏采用高压喷淋系统检测；灯光检测是采用日本技术设备，对灯光照明进行高精度测量，并配备了动力平衡检测，噪音检测，减震检测，电路检测等工艺。
ⅧAdvanced production equipment
Stamping Workshop
Stamping workshop building area of 8700m2 with 10 sets of large stamping machine. 47 parts of a whole body stamping done completely independent, high-precision three-dimensional measurement system to ensure that the overall error is less than the international standards body. Welding workshop
Welding workshop covers an area of 12,400 square meters, connected by a large automatic vertical and horizontal lines, Siemens with automatic clamp is fully completed according to standard design cars, three-dimensional global coordinate detection device tracking, to achieve the perfect, water-cooled 116, no group of Japanese imports welding electrode holder, so that each body part intimacy, built-in load-bearing formwork design, the perfect car in motorcycle type to the extreme. Assembly shop
Assembly shop covers an area of 16,000 square meters, 120 meters long four-power broadband line, so that the body in the air and lead paint shop chain cut into the assembly shop and assembly line when, 67 seamless process, independent of the assembly of a single system, so that each job clear responsibility, technical skill, in place, the assembly line at the end of the vehicle using high pressure spray system leak detection; light detection is the use of Japanese technology and equipment, high-precision measurements of lighting, and is equipped with a power balance test, noise test, by shock testing, circuit testing and other technology.
