Mediation：调解，由中立的第三方――调解人，以私人和非正式名义，协助争议双方达成和解的争议解决程序，无强制力。调停，为保持国际社会的和平与安宁而由中立的第三国运用其影响力善意的介入他国的争议并帮助调停纠纷。

Render judgment：作出判决，宣判：正式宣布判决，在公开法庭口头宣告或由书记官存档。Render verdict：作出裁断：陪审团决定裁断并向法庭报告。将书面裁断递交主审法官，由其在法庭公开宣布。
