(1)采用FVA水溶液粘结剂体系,乙二醇为增塑剂,聚羧酸铵盐为分散剂,通过流延成型工艺制备出了力学性能优良、微观结构均匀的K㈨,Nb06:,Ti¨,0,微波介质陶瓷基片;
(2)Lil.0"/5NbO.625Ti。.。,O,水基流延浆料的分散稳定性随分散剂用量的增加先变好后变差,其最佳用量为0.6wt%;
(3)流变学研究表明,Lil们,Nb。.。:,Ti。.彤O,水基流延浆料属于典型的剪切变稀型流体,并且不存在触变性,满足流延成型工艺的要求。拉伸强度研究表明,粘结剂PVA的适宜添加量为5wt%,而乙二醇添加量为10wt%时较为合适。
