通力KONE3000 电梯线路分析 一、主回路(图20-1、图20-2) 1.主回路 网路电源Ll、L2、L3f熔断器Fl、F2、F3f滤波器387-调速驱动电路板385(图20-2)^主电动机M o 2.辅助电路 速度检测信号由脉冲发生器G,即6:2输出与电梯速度成比例的脉冲信号送到驱动电路板385处理后,作为电动机的速度反馈信号。 6:1为相位检测器,检测实际的角速度W和相位差作为变频调速的失量控制参数,提高变频调速的精度和稳定性。1:T为热敏电阻,检测电动机的温度,超温为电动机过载,电梯即刻停车或不得启动。 10(1?M)为逆变器冷却风扇。 11:1J1:2为制动抱闸线圈。 二、群控线路(图20-3) 双机群控时,控制信号732的LCECAN板由端子XG3A及XG3B连接。控制电源731的LCEGTW板由端子XG1A及XG1B连接。DC24V电源723的LCEREC板由XG2A及XG2B连接,电梯选项功能722LCEOPT 板由X5端子相互连接。 三、大厅信号线路(图20-4) 122:2-(T-1)为厅门锁开关触点信号“103:2-(T-l)为大厅下行外呼按钮触点信号及按钮灯信号,104:2-(T-l)为大厅上行外呼按钮触点信号及按钮灯信号,176:2-(T-1)为大厅楼层显示信号及方向显示信号。上述信号经过大厅申行微机板197:2-(T-1),经串行线RS485与控制柜主微机相联系。 四、井道安全值号(图20-5~图20-8) 122:1322.2和122:3为大厅门锁开关触点信号,112:1急停按钮触点信号,123:1涨绳开关触点信号325:1,125:2桥厢缓冲器开关及对重缓冲器开关触点信号,116为输出服务幵关触点信号。 五、轿厢线路(图20-9?图20-15) 图20-9,由控制柜的主微机板375.经端于XC1HXC12与轿厢控制板806相互传送信号及电源:DC24V电源、上下平层信号、门区信号、减速信号、内选串行信号、门安全触板信号、对讲机信号等。 图20-12,由接口板379向轿厢控制板806提供上行按钮42:U信号、下行按钮42:N信号、检修运行按钮42:RB信号、检修运行开美42:DS信号、轿顶应急灯信号44:2、报警按钮39;2信号、轿顶电源擂座45等信号. 图20-13,向轿顶接线盒输入的信号有:轿厢极限开关信号51、安全钳开关信号52、门区开关信号 227
