【摘要】什么是教育？爱，就是教育。这是我校一致以来开展学生德育教育工作实践中发出的最强烈音符。教师的爱，体现在教育教学的全过程中；学生的爱，贯穿于学生的一言一行的具体行动中。尊师爱生，就会碰撞出智慧的火花。无论是"有教无类"的教育理念，还是我们倡导的"爱心"教育，都凸显出现代教育的最强音。我们的目标只有一个：让每一个学生在爱的阳光下健康、茁壮地成长、长才！

【Abstract】What is education？Love， is education.This is my school students moral education work carried out since the strongest notes issued in practice.Teacher's love is reflected in the whole process of education and teaching；Students love， through the student conduct specific actions.Respecting teachers love our students， would be bumped out the sparks of wisdom.Whether it is "no child left behind" education ideas， or we are advocates of "caring" education， highlights the strongest voice of modern education.We have only one goal： make every student in the sunlight of love to grow up healthy and robust， long before！

学校德育教育的内涵全部体现在教师对学生的爱。爱心教育的全部内涵体现教师的为人师表，体现在教师的率先垂范，体现在教师教书育人的全过程。有了爱的教育才是真正意义的教育。这，就是我校德育教育的真正内涵。在莱山一中这片沃土上，爱的教育从这里起航。

一、爱，就是教育

正如一位著名教育家所说：什么是教育？爱，就是教育。这充分显示了教育的全部内涵。什么是爱？什么是对学生的爱？我校班主任在实施对学生的德育教育过程中给出的答案是：爱那些品学兼优的学生，是发自教师内心正常的情感；爱那些学习成绩差，有问题的学生才是教师的大爱、真爱！多好的肺腑之言，多精彩的教育真谛！这就是我校班主任在工作实践中，深深体会到、真诚做到，与学生在德育情感教育中迸发出的灿烂的火花。
