1. 各类请假审批流程与权限

Directors of levels above (including) department shall have examination and approval of GM/EDGM for a leave.

2. 注意事项

事假:无可自由支配的年休假、补休假等假期时,可请事假。连续多天请事假不得分段填写请假条。

病假:需提交区级以上医院医生开具的“病假建议书”。

公假:(1) 入职1个月内调转人事档案休公假需先由人事科入职手续经办人在“相关人”栏签字确认后再提交主管审批。

(2) 非调转人事档案休公假应提供委派单位出具的公假证明,经人事科公司考勤员在“相关人”栏签字确认后提交主管逐级审批。婚假:需提供结婚证原件和复印件,并经总务科计生管理员在“相关人”栏签字确认后再提交主管逐级审批。

产检假:首次休假前应提供维产手册或相关材料,并经总务科计生管理员在“相关人”栏签字确认后再提交主管逐级审批。

护理假、计生假:休假前需先经总务科计生管理员在“相关人”栏签字确认后再提交主管逐级审批。

丧假:休假前需先经人事科公司考勤员在“相关人”栏签字确认后再提交主管逐级审批。

路程假:休假前需先经人事科公司考勤员在“相关人”栏签字确认后再提交主管逐级审批。

2. Precautions:

Private affair leave: A private affair leave for several successive days shall be filled in as one period.

Sick leave: Employees should submit Suggestion for a Sick Leave by a hospital above district-level.

Leave for statutory reasons:

(1) Leave for personal records transfer within one month after an employ’s reporting to work requires signed confirmation by the person responsible for the procedures in Human Resources Division before the leave starts.

(2) Leave not for personal records transfer requires certification of leave for statutory reasons provided by the assigning unit. And it shall be examined and approved level by level after signed confirmation by the attendance administrator in Human Resources Division.

Marriage leave: The original marriage certificate and a copy of it shall be submitted. And it shall be examined and approved level by level after signed confirmation by attendance recorder from the Human Resources Division.

Leave for maternity check: Handbook for perinatal period shall be provided before taking the leave for the first time and it shall be examined and approved level by level after signed confirmation by the person responsible for family planning from General Affairs Division.

Paternity leave, family planning leave: It should be examined and approved level by level after signed confirmation by the person responsible for family planning from General Affairs Division.
