助教实习总结 助教实习总结 助教实习报告暑假期间,作为一个英语师范专业的大三学生,我如愿以偿地来到了苏州太阳花英语学校进行了为期两个月的暑假实习。在这里,从对授课的概念还停留在书本上,到会设计有实际操作意义的lessonplan,再到能娴熟地进行授课活动;从面对孩子突然爆发的哭声茫然不知所措,到能妥善处理一些突发状况,我的确学到了很多,尤其是增长了许多的经历,这说长不长说短不短的两个月,是我在教育之路上的第一块敲门砖,也是我暑假期间,作为一个英语师范专业的大三学生,我如愿以偿地来到了苏州太阳花英语学校进行了为期两个月的暑假实习。在这里,从对授课的概念还停留在书本上,到会设计有实际操作意义的lessonplan,再到能娴熟地进行授课活动;从面对孩子突然爆发的哭声茫然不知所措,到能妥善处理一些突发状况,我的确学到了很多,尤其是增长了许多的经历,这说长不长说短不短的两个月,是我在教育之路上的第一块敲门砖,也是我的第一桶金。从初试、复试、培训、听课再到正式授课,我经历了从student 到studentteacher再到teacher的成长过程。作为助教,我们的作用是很大的。因为我们计划并且操作一堂课。课前,我们根据教科书编写lessonplan.就是一整堂课的流程,这是给外教用的,包括复习内容、新学内容、课堂游戏等等。课中,我们全程陪同,翻译、维护课堂秩序、提醒外教下一步该做什么。最后的半小时,是英语角,整个就是我的活儿,因为外教只上一个半小时。这一部分也有lessonplan,而且是很系统很紧凑的,因为在这短短的半小时里,我们要帮助小朋

友们复习巩固他们所学的知识,同时融入warmup,game,songanddance 多种元素。通常英语角是在整个课的最后半小时,这个时候小朋友们基本上已经坐不住了,而且只有助教一个老师负责了,所以这个时候的授课难度也是最大的。好吧,现在让我来简单介绍一下我是如何开始和结束一堂课的吧。上午10点,开始上课。玩是孩子的天性,在教授幼儿口语的时候,我们侧重以"游戏"为基本活动的教学活动,更贴近3-6岁少儿在该年龄阶段身心发展的规律和学习特点。早晨10点之前,我已经早早来到了教室,手中拿着今天上课需要用到的卡片,包括上次课所学内容和今天要学习的内容,还有lessonplan和一些辅助上课的道具,比如彩色的球,、会叫的卡-通大榔头等等。我先和陆续到来的学生和家长打招呼寒暄几句,并且把小朋友的英文名写在白板上。十点了,外教Sharaif走进课堂,带领孩子们玩起了课前warmup 的游戏,一首耳熟能详的歌曲《LondonBridge》让所有孩子们顿时打起了精神。所有孩子围绕着老师,哼着倒背如流的英语歌曲,全身心地投入了游戏角色。此时,Sharaif俨然成为了全班的核心人物。2小时的英语课堂就在这样轻松活跃的气氛中拉开帷幕。我们为低年龄阶段的孩子提供了不同于传统教学的纯英语学习环境,采取全外教授课模式,通过运用现代教学工具,并配合教师擅长的TPR教学,从视觉、听觉等多方面进行感觉刺激,促进小朋友英语语言技能的逐步成长。镜头一: Sharaif举起了手里的单词卡片,环绕全班小朋友提问: "What'sthis?"卡片正面画了一只活泼可爱的猴子,立即有小朋友应声答道:
