Bill Gates who is famous for his software for personal computers is one of the richest people in the world. There are a great deal of factors contributing to succeed of Bill Gates, such as diligence, health, confidence IQ, EQ, Cooperation, others’help, and so on. I argue that innovation is one of the most significant factors leading to his succeed.

Nobody can ignore the innovation which plays an indispensable role in our life, especially computer engineers. Bill Gates knows that only these who were innovative can make continuous progress and maintain a competitive edge. So many powerful electric products and program constantly without creative spirit？Great results can not be achieved at once; and we must be satisfied to advance in life as we innovate, step by step.

Innovation not only is the unique expression of human’s creative work，but also it is the force and source of human social progress. Hence, it is necessary to develop a habit of discovering new things，using new methods and applying new thoughts in our work, study or simply everyday life like Bill Gates.
