[摘要]目的探讨中西医结合护理在改善产妇不良情绪及分娩结局中的作用。方法选取我

院2015年5月～2016年5月所收治的100例具有先兆临产及有不良情绪产妇作为研究对象，随机分成观察组和对照组，各50例。对照组给予常规产程护理，观察组在常规产程护理的基础上给予中医产程护理。比较两组的产程时间、不良情绪产生情况及分娩结局。结果观察组

[Abstract]Objective To explore the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing on improving the bad mood and delivery outcome of parturient.Methods 100 parturient with threatened labor and negative emotions from May 2015 to May 2016 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group，50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing，while the observation group was given birth process of traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the routine nursing care.The time of labor，the occurrence of negative emotion and the outcome of delivery were compared between the two groups.Results The first，second，third labor time and the total labor time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group，with significant difference （P
