一、教材解析

本课时是四年级上册Unit2的第四课时,学习B Let’s talk及Let’s play。本部分学习的核心句型是:What colour is it? It’s …。对话复现了A部分的核心句型:What’s in it? An English book …教材通过张鹏在失物招领处寻找丢失的书包的情景,让学生感知上述句型的语义及语用情景。

二、目标预设

1. 学生能够理解对话大意;能够在语境中理解新词语lost, toy, notebook的意思,并能正确发音。

2. 能够用正确的语音、语调朗读对话。

3. 能够在情景中恰当运用句型What colour is it? It’s …问答颜色。

三、重难点预设

教学重点:理解并能朗读对话;运用句型What colour is it? It’s …问答颜色。

教学难点:Excuse me的读音及应用场景。

四、教学过程

(一)热身/导入(Warm-up/ Lead-in)

1. 在课件上播放单元歌曲My schoolbag, 学生跟唱,进行课堂热身。

2. 师生Free talk,谈论学生的书包里有什么,并询问学生书包的颜色,为学习新课做准备。

3. 教师告诉学生:Zhang Peng has a schoolbag, too. Guess: What’s in it? What colour is it?

(三)呈现新课(Presentation)

1. 教师呈现本部分第一幅情境图,学生看图,回答:Where is he now?

2. 教师播放本部分的教学录音,学生听完录音后,回答问题:What did he lose? 学生回答后,教师呈现张鹏说的话:Excuse me. I lost my schoolbag. 并讲解:当你想要有礼貌地询问某事时,记得要先说Excuse me.

3. 教师请学生再次观察第一幅情境图,问这个老师是谁?引导学生了解:Miss White is helping Zhang Peng find his schoolbag.

4. 教师播放课文动画,学生观看动画,了解Miss White都问了什么问题。What did she ask?

A: What’s your name?

B: What colour is it?

C: What’s in your classroom?

D: What’s in it?

5. 教师再次播放本部分的教学录音,学生听完录音后,回答问题:What colour is it?

6. 学生自己读对话,回答问题:What’s in it? 为降低难度,教师可以给出选项,让学生进行选择。

呈现图片,教学notebook及toy/toys。

7. 教师呈现第二幅情境图及对话,帮助学生了解:当别人帮助你的时候,记得向别人表达感谢。

【设计意图】适时的情感意识渗透,可以让学生多多学习礼貌言行。

(四)趣味操练(Practice)

1. Listen and imitate

全班学生跟着录音读,提醒学生在跟读的过程中注意模仿录音中的语音、语调。

2. Role play

学生读1-2遍后,小组合作朗读,并进行朗读展示或者对话表演。

【设计意图】学生进行角色表演,便于学生进行语言输出,让学生自己评价表演。

3. Let’s play

教师先带全班学生读一遍本部分的对话,然后请一位学生上讲台和自己表演本部分的对话,帮助学生明白游戏规则:两位学生为一组,在课桌上放几本书,一位学生说:“I have a new book.” 另一位学生询问书的颜色,当第一位学生回答后,另一位学生就猜测这是一本什么科目的书。学生也可以适当发挥,多问几个关于书的问题,然后再进行猜测。
