At present,there are many location methods of logistics center which can be categorized into quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis. These two methods have their own characteristics and inadequate. Based on the above facts,this paper integrates the Delphi method and the AHP method to analyze the logistics center location,which can not only avoid the complicated process of calculation but also obtain a relatively objective quantitative result. Therefore,to apply the combination of two methods in location of logistics center can add more scientific supports and maneuverability to the result.

Model Based on Entropy Weight

Evaluating selection of logistic centre location is basically determined by decision makers' subjective perceptions and feelings towards each of the evaluated criterion, so it is more reasonable to deal this problem with fuzzy decision model. Fuzzy AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) is proposed to determine the rank in logistic centre location scheme evaluation. In order to include the domain expertise into the decision process and improve evaluation performance, we develop a fuzzy MCDM (multicriteria decision making) model to modify the fuzzy AHP weights based on the entropy technique, by making use of the decision matrix information through Delphi method. We apply fuzzy comprehensive evaluation algorithm to optimize selection location for logistic centre. The rank result indicates this model is a feasible and practical decision support model which analyses both the qualitative and quantitative factors.

The location selection of logistics center is an investment decision-making issue with strategic meaning in the logistics system. This paper firstly analyzes the current domestic and international research on the evaluation of location selection of logistics center. Then based on correlative literature, this paper establishes the indicator system of location selection of logistics center with Fuzzy Triangular Number as the value of the fuzzy indicator. Furthermore, the model of location selection of logistics center is constructed based on combination of fuzzy AHP and TOPSIS, and according to each plan's relative approximation, the quality sequence

is determined. Finally, one case shows the feasibility of the model.

The term logistics has been studied with the increasing recognition about its importance to enterprises, organizations as well as the national economy. The logistics center is an important node in supply chain. Two key factors have to be considered for the scheme of the logistics center: one is how to assign the orders to suppliers, and the other is choice of transportation strategy. This paper has proposed a Fuzzy Neural Network approach for analyzing and determining logistics center planning modes in the supply chain environment. A numerical example is also included in the study to demonstrate the steps of the proposed model.
