储存条件Storage Conditions

放置低于10℃以下的环境温度中储存

The temperature of the warehouse should be lower than 10℃ 防潮及避免阳光直射

The moisture and the sunlight should be avoided 密封保存

The PE bags should be sealed tightly

普通塑封料保存期限为一年(12个月)，环保塑封料保存期限为半年（6个月） The shelf life for normal EMC is one year or 12 months, and for green EMC is half year

or 6 months

使用方法Usage

使用前须在室温条件下回温24小时，普通塑封料须在48小时内使用，环保塑封

料须在24小时内使用且最好一次性用完

Before using it, the Epoxy Molding Compound should be put in the normal

temperature for 24 hours; after that normal EMC should be used in 48hours and green EMC in 24 hours and should better be used out at one time

未使用完的塑封料再储存时，须将塑封袋封紧；再次使用时仍须先回温，且须在

24小时内用完

If they haven’t been used out at one time, the unused EMC should be re-stored to the

cold room; and these products still need back to normal temperature and should be used out if second time use them
