九年级上学期英语教学工作总结

九年级第一学期结束了。本学期,英语教学工作按照计划顺利完成,现将教学工作做如下总结: 一、学生情况分析总结 九年级学生学习自觉性较差,自主学习习惯未养成,加上英语基础较薄弱,学习英语的气氛不是很浓,很多学生对英语已经失去信心。针对这些情况,我在教学过程中采取分层教学,对不同基础的学生提出不同的学习任务。比如对于零基础的学生,要求掌握小学课本的基本词汇,会一些简单的对话,增强他们的学习成就感;对于那些基础较薄弱的,将初三的词汇词组进行精减记忆;对于基础较好的学生,要求做额外的练习,放学后进行课外补习。 二、课前做好准备 教学中,备课是一个必不可少的教学环节。本学期教学中备课较充分,因此能充分调动学生的积极性,课堂也取得了良好的教学效果。而且每节课都会将知识点总结打印出来,发给学生对当天学习的知识进行及时复习。 三、培养学生良好的英语学习习惯 我校的学生对学习英语都不是很关注,学生的学习自觉性也较差,主要表现在以下几个方面: 1)不把背的作业当回事。学过的单词,句型,短文,老师要求背出,学生总是借口其他作业太多,没时间背等,往后拖2)相应的配套练习,不能自觉去独立完成,习惯抄袭。成绩好自觉的学生较少,英语学习氛围不太好。针对这种情况,首先从培养学生学会课前预习的习惯做起,班上成绩好的学生都没有提前预习的习惯。其次要鼓励学生开口讲英语,激发学习兴趣,增强英语学习氛围。因此在每节课都会抽2-3分钟进行音标的教学。学生对这种基础知识还是比较感兴趣,比较容易理解和消化。再次是鼓励学生,尤其是成绩好的学生,培养他们积极思考,积极问老师问题的习惯。 四、通过各种英语活动调动积极性 初三课程比较紧张,根据教材特点,针对学生比较感兴趣的话题,课堂让学生自己角色扮演,自编对话,完全由学生自己独立来学习掌控英语这门语言,调动更多学生参与到英语学习中来,体会语言的美妙。 五、加强课外辅导 英语学习是语言的学习。困此,除了课堂效果之外,还需要让学生多读,多讲,多练。为此,在早读时,我坚持认真了解早读情况,发现问题及时纠正。课后发现学生作业问题也及时解决,及时讲清楚,让学生即时消化。另外,对部分不自觉的同学还采取强制背诵等方式,帮助他们养成良好习惯,提高他们的英语学习能力。 以上就是我在本学期的教学工作总结。有成绩也有不足。今后我将继续努力,取得更好成绩。

九年级英语期末工作总结 本学期,铭记“知耻后勇,谁来雪耻”的校训,以“真抓实学,你追我赶”为座右铭,时刻鞭策着自己,全身心地投入到毕业班的英语教学工作中。回顾本学期的工作,课堂互动,盯背听写,辅导学生,与学生谈话的画面历历在目。反思工作中的得失,各种心得一涌而来: 开学以来,我一直在反思和改进我的教学方法,并投入大量的精力去研究每一个学生。将学生按学习情况同质分组,分层指导学习方法,布置学习任务;又让优等生一人带两三个人,建立帮扶团队,让组长带动、监督、辅导学困生。经过师生共同努力,在月考和中考中,大多数同学都取得了进步。平均分由八年级期末联考时的61分提高到分。 采用分层教学方法以来,课堂互动和课后辅导都特别关注了错位生以及学习态度较端正但成绩处在50到80 之间的学生。果然,这部分学生进步较大,有十几个学生进步在15分以上。然而对50分以下的学生,我关注相对较少,要求也较低。相应的,这些学生厌学弃学的态度没有改变,成绩也没有提高。 成绩虽然略有进步,但成绩高的都是学习主动的学生。其进步主要来源于认真的背记和做题。目前,英语平均成绩滞后,学困生较多只是一个原因。主要原因应该归结于课堂教学效率不高。上完一节课,
