The Blind Men and the Elephant

In this winter holiday, I read English Interesting Reading for Pupils.One story of them is THE BLIND MEN AND THE ELEPHANT. It is very fuuny.

Once upon a time,there were four blind men in a village. All of them didn’t know what an elephant was like, but they wanted to know very much. Then a man allowed them to touch the elephant. The first man touched the elephant’s body,so he thought that the elephant is like a wall. The second man touched the elephant’s leg, so he thought that the elephant is like a trunk. The third man touched the elephant’s nose, so he thought that the elephant is like a rope. The fourth man touched the elephant’s ear, so he thought that the elephant is like a fun.They talked about the elephant, but they didn’t knpw what an elephant was like.It’s a joke.
