1.Whereby the Sellers want to sell and the Buyers want to buy the undermentioned commodity:

2.Shipping Mark :To be designed by the Sellers.

3.Insurance : To be covered by the Sellers for 110% of the total invoice value against all and war risks as per the China Insurance Clauses .Should the Buyers desire to cover other risks besides the above mentioned or for an amount exceeding the above mentioned limit, All the additional premium shall be on the buyers’ acc ount.

4.Port of Shipment :SHANGHAI Port of Destination :ROTTERDAM

5.Time of Shipment :NOT LATER THAN MAY 26,2002

6.Transhipment and Partial Shipments are allowed.

8.Shipping Documents :The Sellers shall present the following documents to negotiating bank:

(1)Full set clean on board of shipped Bills of Lading made out to the order and blank endorsed marked “Freight Collected”.

(2)Four copies of Invoice.

(3)Four copies of the Packing List(s) or Weight Memos.

(4)One original and Two duplicate copies of the Transferable Insurance Policy or Insurance Certificate.

(5)One original and Two duplicate copies of the Certificate of Quality,Quantity/Weight issued by the authority,

Instructions to Paying Bank:

具体的修改如下：

⑴要加上Irrevocable

⑵到期日最好在货物装运半个月以上比较合适这里货物不迟与5月26号装运，所以到期日在6月10

号右比较合适。比如说6月12号都是可以的。

⑶失效的地点应该在中国，不是在德国

⑷JIANGSU 中间没有空格，要注意和合同的保持一致

⑸公司的名称也要保持一致是CO.,LTD

⑹公司在江苏不可能议付跑去北京换个江苏的银行，比如说苏州或南京

⑺金额是29000，要和合同的保持一致

⑻括号里的英文也要和前面的数字保持一致，如果不一样的银行是按照括号里的英文算的，所以最好保持一致。

⑼分批装运是允许的去掉not

⑽转运也是允许的去掉not

⑾保险金额是合同金额的110% 不是120

⑿应该是上海的，看一下前面的合同

⒀货物不迟于5月26号装运的，不是16号

⒁Drown on 后面的是开证行即issuing bank,要和合同的保持一致

⒂应该是商业发票即这里不应该是consular 而是commercial。

⒃不是collect 是prepaid ,即运费预付，因为是CIF贸易术语

⒄提单的有效期是21天，即卖方21天内要拿着信用证去银行议付，所以这里应该是21天不是10天⒅在CIF里，卖方只负责货物不迟于什么时候装运，不负责货物什么时候到达目的港，所以这里的must ensure是不对的。
