鼻窦镜下自体鼻中隔软骨联合人工骨片在眶壁骨折患者中的应用研究

摘要：目的观察鼻窦镜下自体鼻中隔软骨联合人工骨片在眶壁骨折患者中的临床治疗效果。方法取2015年1月～2016年9月医院收治眶壁骨折患者9例，患者入院后完善相关检查，了解患者骨折位置、性质，均采用鼻窦镜下自体鼻中隔软骨联合人工骨片进行治疗，分析鼻窦镜下自体鼻中隔软骨联合人工骨片在眶壁骨折患者中的治疗效果。结果 9例患者术后进行8 w检查，结果显示：眼球活动明显得到改善，复视基本消失，患眼球与健眼球突出度相差≤1 mm，平均0.1 mm。患者术后腔内出现上皮化，未见肉芽、炎性组织及异常分泌物。术后对患者进行3个月～1年的随访，无1例复发。结论眶壁骨折患者采用鼻窦镜下自体鼻中隔软骨联合人工骨片治疗效果理想，能提高临床治疗效果，改善患者视力，值得推广应用。

Application of Nasal Septal Cartilage Combined with Artificial Bone Graft in the Treatment of Orbital Fracture

Abstract：Objective To observe the effect of autologous nasal septal cartilage combined with artificial bone under nasal endoscope in clinical therapeutic effect in patients with orbital

fracture.Methods From January 2015～2016 year in September the hospital treated 9 cases of patients with orbital fracture，improve the relevant examination after admission，to understand the position and nature of the fracture， the patients were treated with autologous septal cartilage and artificial bone graft，analysis of autogenous septal cartilage combined with artificial bone under nasal endoscope in patients of orbital fracture.Results 9 cases of patients with postoperative 8 w examination results showed that eye movements were improved significantly，diplopia disappeared，suffering from eye and normal exophthalmos is less than 1 mm in average 0.1

mm.Patients with postoperative cavity epithelial，no granulation，inflammatory tissue and abnormal secretions.Postoperative 3 months～1 years follow-up，there was no recurrence in 1

cases.Conclusion The treatment of orbital wall fracture patients with nasal septal cartilage combined with artificial bone graft is ideal，can improve the clinical treatment effect，improve the visual acuity of patients，it is worthy of popularization and application.
