1.概述

蓄能器的铭牌上应有蓄能器的系列号或出厂编号。蓄能器的壳体上应有制造日期、允许的最大工装压力以及容量。

一般情况下，供货状态的蓄能器没有预充氮气。

注意：·蓄能器标注的允许工装压力必须大于系统的最大工作压力；

·装有蓄能器的设备，如果其液压回路要维修或需要连接其它元器件，必须先释放液压回路的压力；

·蓄能器壳体上不允许进行任何焊接或机械加工；

·必须使用氮气进行充气。充空气或氧气会引起爆炸。

General

All accumulators carefully inspected and tested at the factory,and are exactly as designated by the code printed on the name plate fixed on gas valve side of each accumulator.

On the name plate ,in addition to some instructions for use, is printed also the serial number.The accumulator can be supplied precharged with nitrogen if the client has given instrunctions in the order. The precharge value is indicated in a label on the name plate.On the accumulator shell are also printed:

mnufacturer’s serial number ,manufacturer name, date of construction, capacity in litres, maximum working pressure in psi.

ATTENTION: ·The max working pressure marked on the accumulator must be ≥than the calibrated pressure of the relief valve mounted in the hydraulic circuit.

·Before under taking any work (repirs,replacement, etc) on a hydraulic circuit

mounting an accumulator. it is advisable to release completely the liquid

pressure.

·Only Nitrogen must be used,air or oxygen could cause an explosion.

2.收货检验

用户收到蓄能器时应立即作如下检验：

·蓄能器运输途中发生的损伤；

·规格型号是否与订货代号一致；

·如提供的是没有初始负载的蓄能器，必须用氮气进行充气试验。

Preliminary checking

Upon receipt check:

·That there has been no damage in transit.

· The identification code is as ordered.

Before installation is most important to ensure that the as pressure corresponds to the desired value.

·In the case of accumulators supplied without pre-loading pressure, or after repair work, it is necessary to perform inflation with nitrogen;must be also performed the check of the system using the equiment type PC…following the procedure given on Section 20 page 39.

3.安装注意事项

·为了获得更高的工作效率，蓄能器应尽可能就近安装在需要的地方；

·蓄能器上方应留有至少150mm的空间，用于充气或检测；

·必须能方便地接近排气螺栓；

·一般应立式安装（气阀在蓄能器顶部），必要时也允许卧式安装；

·应采用固定装置将蓄能器固定。

Installation

To achieve a high degree of efficiency,the accumulator should be fitted as close as possible to the in stallation tht it serves.

POSTION is possible from vertical one (gas valve on top) to the horizontal one.

It is recommended to leave:

·space necessary for testing and filling equiment.

·manufacturer name plate stating initial pressure visible.

·access to vent screw unobstructed.

Correct fastening is given by means of clamps and brackets arranged as per figure.

No welding or other mechanical process must be carried out on the accumulator shell for the purpose of fitting fastenings.

CONNECTION. When fitting screw, reducers or the safety and shut-off block, must be taken care that the accumulator is held firmly by means of a spanner at the liquid valve, so that the liquid valve is not turned independantly of the accumulator body.

·A non-return valve has to be fitted between pump and accumulator.

·The installation relief valve must be fitted directly to the accumulator, after the non-return valve, and calibrated lower than the wofking pressure marked on the accumulator shell.

·A shut-off valve and a dump valve are reccomended to edable periodic checks or removals during normal operations.

EPE blocks series B or BS incorporate all these essentil functions.(see page 28÷32).

4.初次运行

。为避免损坏皮囊的危险，在初次运行之前，必须确认蓄能器已经预充气。气体的选择应该满足以下要求：P o=0,9P1(排列好减震装置等)

P o=0,6÷0,7P1（脉冲消除装置）

预充气压力是正确操作和保证胶囊质量的重要环节。预充气应该在室温20℃时候进行。

在预充压力（至少达到最大工作压力的25%）不足的情况下就使用蓄能器，会引起胶囊的“压折”。

。然后将管路置于压力之下，检查接头是否泄漏。

。建议管路应进行排气。

Initial operating

·In order to avoid risk of damage to the bladder, make sure that the accumulator has been precharged. The initial gas pressure must be selected to meet the service requirement.

In general the design values are as follows:

P o=0,9P1(energie reserve, line shock absorber,. Etc.)

P o=0,6÷0,7P1(Pulsation damper).

Gas precharge pressure is of a crucial importance for the corrrect operation of the accumulator and for the duraility of the bladder.The gas pressure ,when the accumulator is supplied precharged,is related to a temperature of 20℃.

·Then place the circuit under pressure, check the connections for leaks and proceed to bleed the air.

·Then tighten the gas valve locknut carefully.

5.周期性检查

。众所周知，蓄能器里的充气压力应保持不变。为此，最好应在设备运行一周后检查一下蓄能器里的气体压力，以便及早发现是否有气体泄漏3并进行相应的补救。

。如果第一次检查没发现气体损失，则应在三个月后进行第二次检查。

。如果这次检查也没发现气体损失，则以后每隔六个月检查一次气体压力就够了。

。不过，如果蓄能器安装在重负载的设备上，建议每月检查一次气体压力为好。

Periodic checks

·After the installation, the initial pressure must be tested as follows:

·At least once during the first week so that any gas losses can be immediately observed an remedied.

·If no gas losses are observed during the first check, a second check should be carried out approximately 3 months later.

·If during this check no gas losses are evident, a six-month check chould be sufficient.

·It is however recommended a monthly check for heavy duty applications.

6.蓄能器胶囊更换Replacing of bladders

取出胶囊

·关闭系统，完全释放系统压力．

The accumulator must be cut off and discharged from the liquid pressure and removed from the hydraulic circuit.

·取下保护帽，用专用工具放尽胶囊中氮气

Remove the protection cap ,discharge the Nitrogen.

·拆下胶囊充气阀，拧上胶囊拉杆．

Dismantle the gas valve,install the threaded tube.

·从蓄能器上部拧下锁紧螺母．取下压环．

The lock nut,carry down the spacer.

·将胶囊及顶部连接体推入蓄能器壳体中．

Thrust the bladder and the top connection body in shell.

·取下密封圈、铁档圈及聚四氟挡圈、O形圈、支撑环。将支撑环折叠后取出。

Carry down the plastic protection ring and the sealring.

·拉出顶部连接体及胶囊。

Pull out the top connection body and bladder.

·拆下胶囊锁紧螺母，取出胶囊及密封圈。

Unscrew the bladder lock nut,take out the bladder and O-ring

胶囊安装Installation

·将胶囊放入壳体，装上胶囊拉杆。

Put the bladder in to the shell,and install the threaded tube.

·在胶囊头部装上O形圈，装入顶部连接体，拧紧胶囊锁紧螺母，然后将顶部连接体、支撑环装入

壳体。

Install the O-ring at the top of the bladder,then put them together into the top connection

body.Screw the the bladder lock nut.Finally,put the top connection body and the

anti-exiting ring into the shell.

·装好支撑环后将顶部连接体及胶囊拉出壳体至安装位置。

After installing Anti-exiting Ring,pull Top Connection Body out to mounted position.

·装入O形圈、挡圈及压环，拧紧锁紧螺母。

Fasten the O-Ring、Plastic and Iron Protection Ring and Spacer,then screw the Lock Not ·拆下胶囊拉杆将充气阀套上密封圈拧在胶囊上。

Screw the threaded tube ,install the O-ring on the bladder and install the Gas Valve.

·给蓄能器胶囊充气，然后套上保护帽。

Nitrogen must be charged in the accumulator ,then install the Protection.

7.蓄能器充气说明The Instruction of Maintenance and P re-charge Pressure

· a.如果蓄能器安装在系统中，要切断系统的所有电源，释放掉蓄能器的全部液压。

b.如果蓄能器还没有被安装，在其中放入少量液压介质用来润滑。

a.Cut off all the power supply and releace the hydraulic pressure if the accumulator

is setting in system.

b.Imput some trifle hydraulic pressure to lubricate if the accumulator is unmounted.

·拆下保护罩。

Unscrew the Protection.

·将充气工具连接到干燥氮气的气瓶上，拧紧螺母。

Connect the gas charging equipment to the vessal of the dry Nitrogen

·用手将充气工具通气阀上的连接螺母连接到蓄能器胶囊的充气阀上。

Connect the Connecting Lock Nut of valve of the gas charging equipment to the Gas Valve of the accumulator with hands

·顺时针拧紧通气阀的手柄，这样就打开了充气阀。

Open the Gas Valve by screwing the the vessal.

·将氮气瓶气体调节阀的压力设定为25psi。（强烈推荐使用氮气调节阀）

Fixing the pressure at 25psi by using the valve on the vessal of Nitrogen。

·打开氮气瓶气阀。（如果您未使用氮气调节阀，在打开时要小心，只需稍稍打开氮气瓶即可。）若

装有氮气调节阀，则可以完全打开氮气瓶阀。

Open the valve on the vessal of Nitrogen.(If you ever have not open the valve,please be careful.Screw the valve a little.)If there is a valve,you can open the valve of the vessal totally.

·缓慢预充入干燥氮气（25psi）直至胶囊完全膨胀。如果预充氮气的压力高于25psi，将会引起胶

囊的胀裂。

The process of pre-charge pressure(25psi) is permford slowly till the bladder is bulgy completely.If the pressure is hyper,it may cause bursting.

·缓慢增加氮气流量，直至达到需要的压力。

Increase the flux of the Nitrogen till up to the needed pressure.

·折掉充气工具。检查有无气体泄漏。（推荐使用气体泄漏检查液）

Remove the gas charging equipment.Examine wheather there is gas leakage.

·装保护帽。

Install the Protection.

·将蓄能器装入系统中。检查有无泄漏.

Install the accumulator into the system.Examine wheather there is gas leakage.

·给系统加压。

Give proper pressure to the system.
