随着“丝绸之路经济带”建设的推进，中阿国际交流和区域合作全面深化，清真产业转型升级、集群发展的金融需求不断增加。人行银川中支组织宁夏辖区基层金融机构及时把握地方产业结构调整方向，在宁夏率先建立清真产业贷款专项统计制度，旨在为研究清真产业发展和制定有关政策提供信息支持。

Demand for halal industry transformation and upgrading and cluster development keeps increa sing. People’s Bank of China Yinchuan Central Sub-branch organizes financial institutes within the region to timely grasp the local industrial readjustment direction， establishes the Halal Industry Loan Statistic System firstly in Ningxia thus to provide information support for studying halal industry development and formulating relative policies.
