4.1 Preparation

As part of the preparation phase, the responsible (see GS 90018-1, section 4) is to compile all available information for the scope to be requalified, based on the questions defined in table 1.

The responsible is to define the questions relevant for the requalification, based on this and further information. These questions are to be correspondingly identified in the checklist (see section 6).
