【篇二：学生作文应该使用规范语言】
学生作文应该使用规范语言
如今在学生作文中出现“qq”、“mm”、“886”等网络语言的现象比比皆是。对此，学生认为很正常，老师表示很无奈。不过，这种现象很快将会有所改观。记者昨天从南京市语委扩大会议暨2005年度语言文字工作会议上获悉，对作文中出现网络语言的学生，市语委要求教师不仅要批评，而且还要帮助其改正，并将把语言文字规范纳入学生素质教育培养目标，提倡有条件的学校在高中学生中开展普通话培训测试，力争使高中学生的普通话水平达到二级以上标准。
笔者认为，南京的规定无疑是正确的。学生作文使用规范语言的问题应该引起有关部门的高度重视，提到议事日程上来。学生作文使用规范语言本来是一个不成问题的问题，然而，回顾近年来的学生作文中出现的一些不规范的语言现象，不能不引起我们关注，作为一个问题来呼吁、研究和进一步规范。
首先，笔者不喜欢所谓的网络语言，更不敢恭维。倒不是我不喜欢就反对，只是觉得那不是规范的汉语，不值得学习和运用，更不值得推广。至于作文，2000年10月31日第九届全国人民代表大会常务委员会第十八次会议通过的《中华人民共和国国家通用语言文字法》已经规定：“学校及其他教育机构以普通话和规范汉字为基本的教育教学用语用字。”“学校及其他教育机构通过汉语文课程教授普通话和规范汉字。使用的汉语文教材，应当符合国家通用语言文字的规范和标准。”我们应该依法办事，按照这个要求的来规范学生的作文语言和文字；
其次，至于用方言写作的问题，我以为不应该提倡，而应该在限制
之列。现代汉语规范化就是确定以北京语音为标准音，以北方话为
基础方言、以典范的现代白话文著作为语法规范的普通话标准。推
广普通话从来没有排斥方言，学生作文中可以出现大家看得懂的方言，但绝对不能用方言来代替普通话，完全用方言作文。《宪法》
规定：“国家推广全国通用的普通话。”《教育法》规定：“学校及其
他教育机构进行教学，应当推广使用全国通用的普通话和规范字。”
所以，使用方言作文是没有理由的；
第三，关于用文言文作文的问题。高考时有的考生用文言文作文，
甚至作为一种特色文体，在某地方被评为满分，对此笔者不敢恭维
和赞同。一是不符合“现代白话文”普通话的要求；二是近一个世纪
以来，我们一直倡导白话文，中学语文教学对于文言文一直遵循可
以学点，但不提倡写作的原则；三是对中学作文教学起了不好的导
向作用，以至有的学生作为一种风格来学写文言文，追求满分。所以，高考作文给文言文作文评满分，起码是考虑欠妥的。各学校必
须把语言文字规范作为素质教育的基本要求，并把语言文字规范作
为教师的基本功训练和考核内容，纳入合格教师的必备条件。语文
教师必须严格规范学生作文的语言和文字，对作文中出现网络语言
以及用方言作文或文言文作文的学生须进行批评并帮助其改正。努
力实现语言文字的规范化。

一、整体解读
试卷紧扣教材和测试说明，从考生熟悉的基础知识入手，多角度、
多层次地考查了学生的数学理性思维能力及对数学本质的理解能力，立足基础，先易后难，难易适中，强调使用，不偏不怪，达到了“考
基础、考能力、考素质”的目标。试卷所涉及的知识内容都在测试大
纲的范围内，几乎覆盖了高中所学知识的全部重要内容，体现了“重
点知识重点考查”的原则。
1．回归教材，注重基础
试卷遵循了考查基础知识为主体的原则，尤其是测试说明中的大部分知识点均有涉及，其中使用题和抗战胜利70周年为背景，把爱国主义教育渗透到试题当中，使学生感受到了数学的育才价值，所有这些题目的设计都回归教材和中学教学实际，操作性强。
2．适当设置题目难度和区分度
选择题第12题和填空题第16题以及解答题的第21题，都是综合性问题，难度较大，学生不仅要有较强的分析问题和解决问题的能力，以及扎实深厚的数学基本功，而且还要掌握必须的数学思想和方法，否则在有限的时间内，很难完成。
3．布局合理，考查全面，着重数学方法和数学思想的考察
在选择题，填空题，解答题和三选一问题中，试卷均对高中数学中的重点内容进行了反复考查。包括函数，三角函数，数列、立体几何、概率统计、分析几何、导数等几大版块问题。这些问题都是以知识为载体，立意于能力，让数学思想方法和数学思维方式贯穿于整个试题的解答过程之中。
