上海外国语大学学位点介绍：翻译硕士（MTI）2007年，经国务院学位办批准，我校成为全国首批招收翻译硕士专业学位的培养单位之一。2010年10月，我校翻译硕士专业学位同时获得教育部和上海市批准开展专业学位研究生教育综合改革试点工作。

我校翻译硕士旨在培养适应国家经济、文化、社会建设需要的高层次、应用型、专业性口笔译人才。笔译方向以培养高级专业笔译人才为目标，要求学生全面掌握笔译技巧和不同文体的笔译方法，能胜任国际国内会议文件、各种应用文、报刊文章等各类文本翻译；能熟练翻译联合国的正式文件以及有相当深度的政治、经济、金融和法律等领域的文本；能掌握使用现代笔译工具，学会团队承接大型笔译项目的技能。口译方向参照学院会议口译国际合作的培养目标和课程设置，结合了全国翻译硕士专业学位教育指导委员会的教学框架，培养具有国际水准的、能胜任各重大国际交往场合的高级专业口译人才。

在为期两年半的全日制学习期间，学生不仅接受全面、严格的口笔译理论与技巧的训练，而且进行大量的翻译实习。翻译实习以联合国有关文件和会议（环境保护、人口问题、国际关系、经济等）为主，结合我国各类国际交往中的口、笔译实务，辅以文学及实用文体翻译。此外，所有学生必须通过由外部考官参加的专业考试。作为翻译专业硕士，学生还应当掌握一定的翻译理论，并具有相当的独立科研能力。

研究方向简介：

1．学位方向：专业口译（MI）

（1）会议口译方向：MI in Conference Interpreting

本方向旨在培养具备国际视野、熟悉全球事务、掌握会议口译技能（包括交替传译和同声传译）的会议口译员，要求学生在毕业时能现场完成话语长度7分钟/次的源语交替传译任务，保证源语信息完整、准确，并能为国际和地区组织、政府机构、企事业部门举行的公开和闭门会议提供完整、准确的同声传译服务。此外，学生还必须达到本学位所规定的其他要求。

（2）公/商务口译方向MI for Public/Business Service

本方向旨在培养能满足社会公共事务和商业交流活动要求，熟悉语言背后文化、经济、思维模式，具备与公/商务活动相关交替传译技能和公/商务文本笔译能力的专业口译员，要求学生在毕业时能现场完成话语长度5分钟/次的源语口译任务，保证源语信息完整、准确，能够胜任公/商务的文本笔译工作。此外，学生还必须达到本学位所规定的其他要求。

（3）陪同口译方向MI in Liaison Interpreting

本方向旨在培养能满足跨文化交际要求，熟悉语言背后文化、经济、思维模式，具备交替传译技能和相关文本笔译技能的翻译人才，要求学生在毕业时能现场完成话语长度3分钟/次的源语口译任务，保证源语信息完整、准确，能够胜任一般文本的笔译工作。此外，学生还必须达到本学位所规定的其他要求。

2．学位方向：专业笔译（MT）

（1）公/商务笔译方向MT for Public/Business Service

本方向旨在培养能满足社会公/商务交流的要求，熟悉不同语言、文化、经

济和社会结构的异同，能适应政府及企事业机构需求的专业笔译人才。此外，学生还必须达到本学位所规定的其他要求。

（2）专业编译MT in Transwriting

本方向旨在培养能满足全球化背景下跨语言活动中的信息收集、传递、编辑和翻译等要求，熟悉不同语言和文本类型的写作和编译，能适应政府及企事业机构需求的专业编译人才。此外，学生还必须达到本学位所规定的其他要求。

（3）法律翻译MT in Legal Translation

本方向旨在培养能满足全球化背景下跨语言法务活动的要求，熟悉中外法律体系和规范，能适应政府、法律机构、企事业单位及跨国公司需求的专业法律翻译人才。此外，学生还必须达到本学位所规定的其他要求。
