附件1: 《溧水老城区控制性详细规划》 设计任务书 一、工作背景和编制目的 溧水是南京的南大门，距南京45公里，是百里秦淮的发源地，位于长江三角洲和上海经济区的西缘。溧水区位优势明显，周边方圆200公里范围内，分布着上海、南京、杭州、合肥、苏州等40多个大中型城市。距禄口国际机场、南京南站、新生圩港分别为14公里、28公里、59公里，是沟通苏、沪、浙、皖的重要交通节点。溧水境内丘陵起伏，河湖纵横，青山绿水，生态环境优良，是江苏省目前环境保护最好的地区之一。全县总面积1067平方公里。 根据新的发展形势和机遇，为优化提升城市功能，大力改善城市面貌，现我局组织编制《溧水老城区控制性详细规划》，作为该地区规划建设管理的依据。 二、规划范围 东至秦淮路，西至宁高高速，南至金蛙路，北至中山河，总面积约为10.6平方公里，研究范围应适当放大。 三、主要规划依据与参考 （1）南京市城市总体规划（2007-2020）（报审稿）及相关专题专项 （2）《南京市溧水县城乡总体规划（2010-2030）》（在编） （3）《南京市永阳新城总体规划（2010-2030）》（在编） （4）《溧水县土地利用总体规划》 （5）《溧水新城区控制性详细规划》
