Ladies and gentlemen,

Good morning!

Responsibility, have you all considered it in such society, in such situation? Have you ever laid making money aside for a while and think something about responsibility? I had. I considered it all the more critical for the merchant, for the consumer.

“Illegal Cooking Oil”, “Lean Meat Powder”, “Tained Steamed Buns”. I ensure that all of you knew this, astonished by this,scolded this. Y es, of course you should be like that. These merchants make money by offending consumers’ right, even worse by consumers’ health, consumers’life. Do you think we consumers should atone for merchants’irresponsibility? I think our answer is no!

As a merchant, what should you be responsible for? Think about it.

Enterprise is the main body of market management, and the first person to be responsible for consumer. We can find “credit management”in The Consumer Rights Protection Law. It means as you create value, protecting consumer’s right at the same time.

We cannot deny that profit is taken as the merchants’point, no matter in China, or in western countries. But we also mention that enterprises need to protect consumer’s right, it’s our responsibility.

Some people lost their life because of merchants’irresponsibility. Can these merchants make up for them, can these merchants make them alive, can these merchant get rid of bereaved mourning? No, they cannot. So why did you do that? It’s you make them painful. Did you have right to hurt them? No, you don’t have. So stop! Stop your irresponsible action! Be kind to the people who make you rich!

So please be kind to your stakeholders, be responsible for your stakeholders. Only do this can you foster a positive cooperate image, attract consumer’s attention and gain consumer’s trust. In the end, you win the market! Why aren’t you responsible for your stakeholder, why don’t attract your consumer by your good image? Win the market or not, win the consumer or not, all is depending on your choice!
