高等职业教育专业论文英语考试形式改革论文摘要:笔者所提倡的是将测试手段的转变作为专业英语改革的切入点,然后延伸至其它方面的全面的改革。因为科学合理的测试手段必将对学生的学习和教师的教学起到正面的促进和引导作用。将其作为切入点将有利于专业英语教学改革的全面展开,也必将引导专业英语教学改革朝更加科学合理的方向发展。

本文通过研究ZHC,即国家职业汉语考试的考试理念,旨在探讨高等职业教育专业英语考试形式设计效度问题,并使考试的形式有利于实现测试的目的,使高等职业教育专业英语考试设计尽可能准确地反映学生的实际水平,使高等职业教育专业英语考试能真正促进学生掌握知识和提高能力。

一、利用 ZHC理念思考高等职业教育专业英语考试形式的改革

高等职业教育的人才培养目标是为国家建设培养实用型人才、应用型人才。基于ZHC理念以及高等职业教育的人才培养目标,专业英语考试形式应该参考ZHC 理念进行改革,即:高等职业教育专业英语考试应主要考查运用英语进行交际的能力以及逻辑思维思考的能力,而不考查对特定词汇、语音和语法知识的记忆,它是语言能力测试而非语言或文学知识的测试。参考ZHC理念,与传统考试形式对比,改革后的专业英语考试应具有以下特色:

1.专业英语考试重在考查学生的语言应用能力,而不是考查学生的记忆力。传统的语言考试以考查学生掌握知识的程度为基本目的,考试的内容大多与课本知识相关。如笔者所讲授的课程“给排水工程
